My favorite Shawarma place for late night grubs. Great food and service! Alhamdulillah

I ordered my favorite dish ,Donair salad. This time it was very different it was missing my favorite part of the dish the pickles etc. Instead I got a couple glops of two different sauces that I didnt order.

Good folks here making wraps, salads and stuff. Good portions and Good price. Nice understandable menu! Lots of vegetarian options displayed - salads, falafel, hummus, pita, wraps, eggplant and potatoes, etc.

Has washroom... place little dated. I usually like the counter where I can what goes in my wrap or salads but here you can't see it is high and covered. Looks like Covid arrangements still in place where you order and a bit difficult to talk to or order.

Our salad order came with eggplant, potatoes and falafels with lots of sauces in cups. They made fresh to order falafels.

Overall it was a good experience, counter folks were friendly.

We ordered our dinner from here last night and we were not disappointed. I loved that the food was not overly spicy or oily. Between the chicken shawarma platter, chicken shawarma wrap and the falafel balls, the falafel was the best. There was no option to buy sides of garlic sauce on the app but we called to request it and the staff added it to our order for no extra cost, so that was great customer service. Few things I did not like were garlic sauce was put on top of steaming hot potatoes so it was cooked by the time it got to us, the salad had no dressing or seasoning to it.

This is the best falafel I've ever had. I'm gonna be dreaming about this falafel. Our Uber driver took us here at 2AM the first night of our visit, and the chicken shawarma wrap brought tears to my eyes. We had to come back for lunch on our last day and shawarma for the plane ride back. Abby was so lovely!! Thank you so much for the great hospitality! I cannot wait to come back to Calgary so I can taste the fresh falafel again!

Another one for the gluten free map!
They will make you a shawarma plate without pita, and that will transcend you. Trust me. So far a week into my Calgary trip and it was the best meal me or my wife had this far.

Classic shawarma, simple menu, speedy service, and a personal favorite, PC cola in the fridge. If your looking for traditional style shawarma and falafel look no further.

Super polite staff, educated in food restrictions, and are professional in the trade of making some killer cuisine!

Creamy, flavorful, hint of heat, (if you want) all sauces are GF so I got all!

Definitely put them on your list, for either late night bites or cultural food experiences, don't leave Calgary without eating here!

I ordered shawarma platter for them. It looks like the quality has gone down. My order total was like 36$ for 2 platters, but it was mostly rice, salad, and potato. The quantity of chicken was very very low. It wasn't like this before. I thought this is the best shawarma place in Calgary and Kensington. Really disappointed with the quality and I don't like potatoes much anyways. The platter was full of potatoes and rice only. Also, there was too much salad without any dressing which had not taste at all.

Such a great spot! The staff is incredibly friendly—greeted me with a big smile as soon as I walked in, which already made the experience better. The chicken shawarma was super fresh, and I loved that they use a thin flatbread instead of the usual pita. You can really taste the difference with their blend of 10 spices and herbs. Hands down the best shawarma in Kensington! I’ll definitely be back.
