I just had the best chicken shawarma I’ve ever had. The meat was juicy and delicious with a savoury brightness that I’ve never before experienced - secret spice blend! The vegetables and pickles were crisp and crunchy with layers of flavour. The sandwich had the ideal amount of sauce to enrobe the ingredients without making the bread soggy - the toasting added crunchiness and enviable grill marks.
