We stopped in quite by accident because we were in the area for other things and I will certainly be making the drive down to eat here again. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the restaurant itself spotless despite being during peak lunch rush, and the food? Absolutely phenomenal - easily the best shawarma I’ve ever had.

Shawarma Factory is a must-try! Their shawarmas are packed with flavor, and the ingredients always taste super fresh. I highly recommend trying the chicken shawarma with all the toppings – it's my personal favorite. you will definitely not be disappointed

freshly made rice and the food was amazing. the employees are also very nice and gave us complementary sweets. The steak (on the hummus steak) was alittle chewy but that’s the only complaint. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Great tasting food. The staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable. Dhalia in particular was very exceptional. Fantastic place to grab a quick bite to eat.

Just happened to be looking for a new place to try and Shawarma Factory came up on my radar.
The location itself makes it hard to notice from the main road and the parking is a little tight during lunch. However, if dine in isn’t your thing because your on the run then no worries as it has a drive though! I was advised that it is the only Shawarma place with a drive through.
The menu has lots of options and has enough selection to keep me coming back to try different combinations. The restaurant is modern with pretty decent seating and a table outside if you would prefer that.
I got the donair salad and my colleague got the donair wrap. The ingredients are fresh and the sauces are right up there with the best I have had. I found my salad to be are really nice balance of flavors that had me nodding my head in enjoyment of the meal.
Staff is friendly and quick, and quick to hand out a complimentary falafel on this visit.
Will certainly be back in the future to check out more of the menu.
