This shawarma place has very disrespectful service. An employee told a brown-skinned customer to “bring your delivery bag” even though the person just wanted to buy food. There was no greeting or respect—just judgment based on skin color and clothing. The employee wasn’t even sorry and acted like he didn’t care at all. No one should be treated like this. The management needs to fix this behaviour immediately.

This shawarma place has some of the most disrespectful service I’ve ever experienced. An employee asked a brown-skinned customer to “bring your delivery bag,” even though the person was clearly trying to order food for themselves. There was no greeting, no respect, no basic humanity—just instant judgment based on skin color and clothing. No customer should ever be treated this way. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and needs serious attention from management.

I had a very bad experience at this shawarma place on Dec 9, 2025 around 1:10 PM.
The worker didn’t say hi or ask for my order—he just told me to “bring your Skip bag,” judging me by how I looked.
This felt rude, disrespectful, and even like I was being judged because of my color.
I didn’t even place an order because of this.
Please train your staff to greet customers properly instead of judging people.
