Food used to be very good here and the medium donair was a decent price. Like a year or something ago they upped their prices by like 25% and the quality went massively downhill. The man that made my donair today did not even ask me what I wanted on it, just went and did his thing, and the meat is burnt to a dry crisp. One guy just awkwardly watched the other guy work. Odd place.

The quality has gone down significantly. I was there a year and a half ago and it was one of the best shwarma's I've ever had. Went today and the food was not fresh, it was cold and there was no flavor. I got 2 beef shwarmas ad well and was given two donairs. The worker didn't seem know his mistake when I came back for a refund. And thought it was the same thing. Seems like the management has changed and so had the quality.

Used to be GREAT? What happened? Oh, new management and the platter I used to order is now considered a "LARGE", so the price is higher. The medium is really small at the old price, which was LARGE. Taste wise the food is good and nicely spiced. I like the platters and the wraps, spicy, flavourful and the vegetation seems to be "freshish". I've been going for years here and venturing out on -20+ nights to treat myself but it's just not the same warm vibe. One guy there now to greet you, cook and take your order. Will I still go? Sure, I'll support them but if the food starts to take more of a dive I'll just go to the restaurant across the street, McDonalds. Nice people that I used to visit with.... where are you?

For years this place was my go to. When in the middle east I would tell everyone that Shawarma Knight was superior and it was. But everything must change and it did here, just not for the better. Quality is not a priority and the value is gone. I don't care but 21 dollars for a Shawarma wrap is just not happening man. Don't love it that much.

I used to love going to this place when I was a kid, it was by far my favourite Shawarma place in town. There a very nice gentleman that was behind the counter, and the wraps were made with care.
I'm unsure when, but the quality has dropped off a cliff. The food was cold, the chicken was not seasoned, and the flavors were bland.
