I love the food here but I miss the quality of food and service from when it was at its smaller establishment. The previous staff made a world’s difference but this new location is nice and spacious.
Used to get meat covered with sauces but they don't do it anymore and meat was burnt, asked for no vegetables expecting more sauce but side was empty. Used to be good but now 2/5

I went to order a number 12 the meat proportions were very bad. I also paid before it was finished by the offer of the Arab female at the front till wearing a scarf on her head.
She took my payment and then went to my container of food where she begun to over flow the container with tzatziki sauce. Which made the rice very soft and soggy.
She put my container in a black bag and tossed it on the counter staring at me.
I will never be coming back here again and the lady at the front desk deserves to be fired.

First time here and I saw a worker straight up picking his nose on his break while ordering food 😭 this went on for multiple minutes dig for gold somewhere else its disgusting to see something like this while you’re five feet away trying to figure out if you even want to eat here anymore. Least I can say is I definitely will not be coming back and urge anyone else to STAY AWAY, YOU WILL GET FOOD POISONING.

This place used to be amazing and I really want to love it but too much has changed. They changed their packaging layout so that the potatoes and garlic sauce are now shoved into the meat and rice so they can fill the other portion of the platter where the garlic and potatoes used to go perfectly separated with more rice. For an example, they pack the platters in these three section meal trays. They used to put the rice and meat in one, the hummus in another and the garlic and potatoes in the third section. You could mix it all if you wanted or eat it separately. Now they fill the potato compartment with rice, the hummus compartment gets hummus rice and meat, and the main section gets even more rice some meat and all the sauces and then on top of that is the potatoes and garlic sauce. This makes it so you get more rice and there is less room for other ingredients like meat or veggies. The garlic sauce all sticks to the top lid and it makes it almost impossible to mix it up if that's what you used to like. All for pretty much double what you used to pay for a platter.
