They have a weird policy that if you get Greek salad you can’t get turnips or banana peepers? Like why is that even a policy? If I’m paying 17.99 for a platter ?

I’ve been a loyal customer of Shawarma Palace for almost 10 years, and it’s honestly disappointing to see how far downhill this place has gone.

Lately, the experience has been nothing but frustrating. Ordered shawarma and didn’t even get basic essentials like cutlery or pita bread — seriously? On top of that, service has become a complete joke. When you go in person, expect to wait over an hour while the staff stands around joking and doing absolutely nothing to help the growing line of customers.

Tried to give them another chance with a pickup order on Uber — app said it was ready, I get there and still had to wait another 30 minutes. Back-to-back bad service. Called the store once to ask about my order and was met with straight-up rudeness.

The food quality has taken a massive hit too. It’s not even close to what it used to be. I never thought I’d leave a review like this for Shawarma Palace, but it’s just not the same place anymore. I'm officially done — never going back. Save your time and money.

food tasted good, my beef and chicken shawarma was literally falling apart, it had so many holes in the pita and was not split into two correctly. I think you should change your pita bread or use different type of bread for the shawarmas because it should not be that difficult to eat a wrap. ended up using a fork and picking at it to eat. This visit wasn't to pleasant. took long to get it aswell waited over 20 min in line.
