Shawarma Palace- Montgomery

I love their falafel wrap a lot. I also love Shawarma Palace. I think the Carrington location "loads" their wraps and containers a lot more than Montgomery. Since it's close to work, beggars can't be choosers. Food is delicious and I still go to Montgomery location. The service is very friendly.

I had a very disappointing experience with Shawarma Palace today, which is unusual for me. I’ve ordered from various locations before, and the Falconridge branch has always been the best. Today, I placed an order for a No. 5 large wrap through Uber Eats, which arrived on time. However, the wrap was dry inside with only a small amount of sauce at the bottom. Despite paying extra for a large wrap, it was noticeably smaller than a medium. I don’t like leaving negative feedback, but I believe it’s important for them to improve their service. They ruin my Iftar.

Ordered Ubereats from here twice and dined in once! Food is great, I usually get the chicken and donair mix and the chicken is very juicy and the sauces are very good but not too overpowering (I get a mix of everything minus the sweet sauce) service was friendly and straight forward!

Cuts the chicken thin like deli meat unlike the other Shawarma palaces. Doesn't fill up the salad like the other places. I got less meat in my salad then I got in my large wrap. But I paid a dollar more for the salad. Doesn't make sense

Food used to be 5 Stars and the service was even better, today i had to wait 20mins and 2 people who ordered after me the same thing got it before me while I was just standing there, was never like this before.

Really disgusting platter. Old vegetables, chicken was hard yet not fully cooked, rice was stale and dry. Made me sick unfortunately. The staff look like they don't want to be there, for 17 dollars a platter its too much for what you get for. Ate like 1/3 before throwing up

Recently dropped in quality. Have been going here for years, but lately it's been 50/50. Half the time it's the usual banger meal, and the other half it's disappointing. No longer reliable and I hope they up the quality control

The veggies I’m pretty sure were expired or bad and the guys there are Lowkey rude. When the food is good it’s really good but when it’s not it’s it’s way off.

The forest lawn and falcon Ridge locations have the best shawarma and Donair in Calgary.

Just got delivery from this Montgomery location...worst meal from them ever. Better get the staff from those other two stores to train this one. They didn't even grill the wraps AT ALL. plus they are about half as good as normal.

Had Chicken Platter, Wraps. Service very organized friendly and fast. Chicken was good but beef was a bit hard and there was a weird smell in the wrap which was turning me off.

Could be because we came in right at lunch rush, but the service was not quite stellar. The good was good, but nothing special. There is a good amount of toppings to choose from.
I might try it again off peak.

Donairs are always delish, staff is friendly and listens to orders. They do their best to help even when they're slammed they smile
