Shawarma Palace- Montgomery

Well I feel bad now because I didn't tip haha. Figure i would make up for it. Didn't tip because I have never been there before and did not know what to expect haha. Have tipped before I had food a few times and all I got was food poisoning. OK now thats out of the way, food was very very good. When I am working I am in a service vehicle and stop all over calgary and neighboring towns for all kinds of food so know this cuisine well. There are a few great places out there and this one is no exception. Very fresh ingredients and good choices. Also I find the value of what I spent to be above average. $15 large beef donair was very well worth it and found it to have more meat than the competition. Staff were super friendly and looks like it is a professionally run business. Its also clean inside and has a welcoming vibe to it. Will be my new #1 place and its close to me here in the nw. Also will be tipping in the future haha. Great job guys see you soon :)

One of the best chicken shawarmas i’ve had! Great work guys!!

The store is choosing to ignore and not respond to my review.

I ordered a mixed chicken and beef shawarma wrap and the wrap was extremely disappointing. The wrap was mostly filled with pita, I think an extra pita was added in the middle of my wrap in place of the meat. There was very little meat, and the chicken did not taste fresh. Additionally, the shawarma was soggy and falling apart. I’ve contacted the store about this and am still awaiting a response.

Amazing food and customer service. We got the falafel wrap and chicken wrap. The staff member was so kind and even asked if we preferred to change gloves for the vegetarian meal. Top notice service. Will definitely be back!

This was my go to shawarma place. All of a sudden the shawarma wraps now have chunks of beef instead of shaved beef. It’s so hard to eat. The chunks are not pleasant. I also found a hair in my food.

Best shawarma spot in the city! The staff is always so pleasant and warm. We love coming here to pick up a platter or wraps and the quality is always consistent!

Great food and service. Food is always hot and fresh. Always fast and they always get your order right. I order a chicken platter with no veggies and sauce for my kids and they put in extra potatoes and rice to make up for no veggies. Their portion sizes are great. I’m a big guy and I always find whenever I eat out I never get enough food, but here I am always left satisfied. Staff is very friendly as well. Best shawarma in the city by far.

Best shawarma joint in the city, hands down! The staff are genuinely the best and always treat you right. Cant go wrong with anything on the menu. Love this place
