During a recent stay my work vehicle was broken into and window smashed. As I was busy all day, the general manager personally arranged and coordinated for a repair, and even offered to cover the cost! Additionally, he had hotel staff clean out the glass and temporarily patch the window until the repair could be completed. This is customer service at an unprecedented level and should be acknowledged. Rooms and facilities also very nice!
This place is awesome for the kids. The pool has 2 watersides which our kids love. And 2 hottubs for us to relax in. Pool for swimming and a little kiddie pool. They have towels and life jackets available in the pool area. They also have a little concession in there.
0 out of 5 stars for the reasturant right inside the door. The food was tiny portions, one didn't come out till almost an hour after the others and it was barely cooked fish. Disgusting....

Came for the pool! Our kids love a good hotel pool and especially with the slides.
Building is definitely older, our shower was super tough to get from bath mode to shower mode. The TV in our room at max volume was just barely loud enough to hear. Staff were excellent and the room seemed pretty clean.
