Had a good stay here at the end of November. Our family had a few rooms as we were all headed to my son's wedding that weekend. The staff here all looked after everything we needed. Front desk was informative and made us all feel very welcome and were gracious with setting us up in very nice rooms. The club lounge here is a pretty good size and they had a large selection of snacks and appetizers at night. Raya was our lounge attendant and provided super service and was patient...
I am currently staying here! I had an unforgettable experience at this hotel, and I can’t praise the staff enough. I checked in with my 5-year-old who suddenly became sick, and the team handled everything with such kindness, calmness, and professionalism.

We stayed here and overall had a very good experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the beds were great. The only thing is that we were given a room with a connecting door, so from the sofa we could hear the guests next door watching TV (and they probably heard us as well).
