Sho Sushi Bar & Kitchen

I am a big seafood lover and this place is one of my favourites. The ambiance is great, the staff is so nice and very helpful with recommendations. All the dishes I’ve tried over the years is amazing. My favourite would be the oceans gift creamy udon. Shrimp, salmon, in a creamy sauce with my favourite kind of noodles, yea please. The pressed salmon comes as a close second and the yam tempura is also amazing.

Vegetarian options: They have various vegetarian dishes which is great cause a lot of my friends are vegetarian so makes this is great place for all. The yam tempura is the best I’ve tried from any other place.

Dietary restrictions: They are very aware and considerate of people’s dietary restrictions. My friend has a severe nut allergy and we’re very careful with his order.

I am thoroughly impressed by the food and service every time I am here. Sunil always manages to make us feel welcomed, appreciated and taken care of every single time, he is an absolute gem. The food combined with the service has made this our absolute favorite restaurant in the city. Must try their tiger roll, pressed sushi and tempura ice cream 👌

The food was excellent. The press salmon was so good and the smoke 💨 that happened in our table when my sashimi plate arrived was very excited to watch.

Had an amazing experience! Sunil's service was top-notch, and the pressed salmon roll was the best I've ever had. All the sushi rolls were fantastic—highly recommend!

This place is honestly the best sushi spot in Calgary. We have gone there several times already and their quality and customer service has not changed even once. The associate Sunil that works there along with all his other coworkers are so friendly and smiling all the time. The favourite roll that we get is the Fire Dragon Roll, it’s a must have and the tempura icecream for dessert is to die for! Love this place!!
