I was disappointed with the steak sandwich this time—it was tough and rubbery, making it hard to enjoy. I had invited some friends, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of our expectations.

As regulars at Side Street Wings, we were really let down during our visit with family on Friday. We ordered a variety of wings, including our go-to salt and pepper, but they came out completely bland with no seasoning at all!

When we mentioned this to our waiter, her response was a bit of a letdown too. Instead of taking the wings back, she just handed us a salt and pepper shaker and walked off, which left us feeling confused and wondering if this was a joke.

We finished our food, paid and left. It seemed like customer service wasn't really a focus this time. If Side Street Wings wants to keep us coming back, they should really pay attention to customer feedback. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Edit to owner- We booked a reservation for 6:30 pm on Friday under my MIL’s name - Jackie for 8 people. We were sitting right in front of the casino machines by the doors when you enter. (You enter, where you wait to be seated, if you turn your head right, the first tables immediately to the right where the casino machines are).
