Price was perfect. Thought the value was very high.
Had to flag a waiter once or twice. But other than that, friendly service and the food came out promptly.
Order the ginger beef !!

This place has some of the best dim sum I have ever had. You won't be disappointed.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at Silver Dragon Buffet was disappointing. The food was decent, but the service was unacceptable. One of the servers was extremely rude and dismissive from the moment we sat down. When we asked a simple question about the menu, they responded with an annoyed tone and made us feel like we were a bother. There was no courtesy, no smile—just cold, unfriendly service the entire time.

Customer service is a huge part of the dining experience, and unfortunately, this visit left a bad impression. I hope management addresses this, because no one should be treated like an inconvenience for simply being a paying customer.

Been eating take out and going to Silver Dragon since I was probably 8 years old. Everything is always top-notch and always consistent! Best in the city!

Food was great quality, but a little different to what we get in Australia. Service is what you would expect from a busy Chinese restaurant.

Great food, horrible service (forgetting items, feeling like it’s a burden to wait on tables). For the price unacceptable.
Response to establishment: We were there for Mother's Day (Sunday May 11, lunch). First our fried rice was forgotten about and only brought out after our mains were cold; waitress mentioned she was on a 30min break during which time we had basically no service. Even when she was there it was like she was doing us a favor by taking our order, we brought this up at the restaurant as well.

Food quality is not as good as it was before. BbQ steam bun taste weid, not fresh, the skin is sticky. Some other dim sims are cold and rewarmed so they lost theit freshness and taste.

Menu has sufficient choices and variety. Good service.

It's been years since I was in Sliver Dragon. However, they didn't disappoint with their dimsum.

Peking duck was over priced for the portion served but even worse, was rather tasteless. Staff was friendly.
