Great food, but the waitress was aggressively rude. Turns out I’m not the only one—plenty of reviews call her out. Management should wake up before she drives more customers away.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Woman at the bar was more interested in talking to her friends at the bar then taking my order. Any other bar would be a better option then this place.

We had the beef dip. It was so good. Beer was very tasty on a hot day. Service was perfect.

Walked in, asked for a beer.
Went to the washroom. (Absolutely disgusting) don't go in there.
I came out and the bartender was at the VLTs.
I was the only person at the bar. Never here before. There was no meet and greet. No friendly conversation.
Just me....alone, at the bar.
Not a good look at all.
Also.....Fix your washroom ASAP!
It felt like washing my hands inky made them dirtier. Gross!

This place has so much potential

The karaoke night is pretty cool with a very nice host. He has a great attitude and energy to him

I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews but wow the service…. First time my friends and I came here we had terrible service but we decided to come back in hopes the same lady was not working. Lucky for us she was! She never introduced herself but she was an older blonde woman. When we arrived today I could already feel she wasn’t in the mood to serve us, it felt like if I took a second too long to order she was going to lose it. Don’t even think about making a mistake in your order because she will come for you if you do…
After we order and the food gets here, we enjoy a great meal. Best part of the experience because she was not around for a good 15-20 minutes. It didn’t even bother me that she forgot our fries for half the meal because i figured she’d put the blame on us and act unapologetic (to her credit she didn’t and was apologetic). Whenever she did come by to our table she would come for a brief moment to drop something off or quickly ask how things were but would turn away and leave so quickly. Quite honestly I’m impressed by the speed she displayed.

I think the only two times I’ve ever not tipped was the first time I came here and today. Even if the service is subpar I usually leave a good tip but the service here was disgusting. None of us tipped and as she read the receipts seeing we didn’t she swore at us under her breath and threw the POS machine on the table for the last person to pay, truly a great performance, DiCaprio would be proud. I’ve worked several service jobs before and I’ve never seen anything like this before. I try to break the stigma around young people not tipping but how can you act so entitled and even expect a tip after that kind of service 😂.

Mysterious server if you are reading this I hope that whatever is bothering you so much gets better, just know we weren’t the ones that caused it no need to take it out on us.
