I ordered the Jamaican Jerk Chicken and it came half raw! It was a disappointing experience especially when the lady behind the counter refused to acknowledge it was half raw. Prices are extremely high with a jerk chicken coming to almost $30.00.I will never come here again even though service was friendly until she refused to acknowledge the half cooked chicken issue.

Brought my boyfriend here a few weeks ago and we were just blown away by the excellent service and incredible food. We got the Jerk Chicken meal and the Ox Tail as well as a patty. Just incredible food and lovely service. Thank you! We WILL be back!!

Customer Service sucks, the lady was extremely rude and condescending.
As a Nigerian Chef all the way from Nova Scotia… a 5 star mi a rate unuh! Oxtail was fall off the bone, rice & peas soft and tasty. I was able to break off the bones, suck off all the juice and chew the bones! Oxtail potion was great! I had to save one likkle piece for later! Mi belly full and nice! One new happy customer here!

I tried ordering a week ago and had difficulty with one of the staff, she told me nothing was gluten free however it is clearly advertised that they have many gluten free options. . I am a celiac so definitely needed to confirm what I was ordering was Gluten Free and would be prepared safely. I reached out on Facebook and got a proper response. Tonight I was able to order through Uber the food was flavourful and we have leftovers. Excellent portions, delicious flavours. Fantastic customer service from the Owner. You must try the oxtail. The curry chicken is also enjoyable along with the jerk chicken. Yes, all gluten free along with the rice and beans and Coleslaw. Thank you : )

I visited this restaurant during my last few hours in Calgary before heading to the airport, and it was a great way to end the trip. The atmosphere and décor were lovely, creating a nice vibe as soon as I walked in. While the self-service kiosk felt a bit impersonal at first, the owner kindly came out to guide me through the process, which was helpful.
I ordered oxtail with rice and peas, plantain, and coleslaw. Hats off to the chef! The portions were generous, and the oxtail was packed with meat, not just bones. The plantain was perfectly cooked – caramelized on the outside and soft on the inside. Having spent a lot of time in Jamaica and the Caribbean, I can say this food was authentic and brought back great memories.
