Cool place. Awesome employee, amazing drinks and so happy they open late.

I have been to this place twice. First time I got hot drink it was not bad so I gave it a try based on reviews for brown sugar bubble TEA.

to my surprise guy told me there is NO TEA its just milk and brown sugar...

Doesnot make any sense milk tea have TEA and but brown sugar milk tea doesnot have TEA.
I ordered and it was pathetic my kid drank it as it was just milk.

They should refund money.

I think the guy serving didn't knew how to make..

Worst experience Never coming back

Might as well drink sugar water. No fresh ingredients were used, fruit flavour barely noticeable and the pearls were stale.

Payal had excellent service and I really recommend going to sip a tea I really love there menu and the stuff they offered me.🙂😁

Had a question before placing my order through Uber eats but the indian lady who answered the phone asked me to call back tomorrow to talk to the manager instead.

You lost my business today because she said she can't accommodate a small request.

I recently called in and complained about something that was missing and it was a negative experience this Indian man was quite rude and genuinely he should learn some manners and how to work customer service I hope this feedback gets to him so he knows what to fix improve ur customer service for future customers

We had such fantastic time with whole family @ Sip A tea place. We all looking for best bubble teas & we got best service possible from this place. Owner & employees are so courteous & welcoming. They have such fantastic collection & they made such yummy tea for all of us. We all definitely visit this place in upcoming days & definitely recommend to our colleagues & friends. Keep continuing good work

I love visiting this place . I and my family came from Ontario. I never had this bubble tea with such fresh ingredients and delicious flavours in Ontario. The service was amazing, incredibly friendly and fast!. The store is very neat and clean. Definitely will visit every time when we are back.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My visit to Sip A Tea today was nothing short of a disaster. The place was completely empty, yet the Indian guy working there couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge my existence. No greeting, no “hello” – nothing. He was too busy doing his own thing and didn’t even come to take my order until 10 minutes later. When he finally did approach me, his first word was a rude “yeah,” as if I was an inconvenience to him. No politeness, no manners.

After I paid, he walked away to wash dishes before even starting on my drink. And then, to top it off, he decided to finish washing all the dishes and do other tasks before handing me my drink. When he finally did give it to me, he didn’t even have the decency to say “here you go” – he just threw it in my direction. It was clear that he had zero respect for me as a customer.

This was hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The guy working there couldn’t care less about the customers or doing his job properly. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll make sure everyone I know avoids this place too!

I knew this place was a gamble at the start because of the polarizing reviews but I wanted to give it a try anyway. We ordered a taro smoothie and mango milk tea but both tasted really off. We threw them both out after taking a sip from each one. Don’t bother coming here as there are much better places.
