Kevin was such a G, he is so nice and kind and has good customer service and is awesome at his job he was so understanding and helped chose yummy things to drink my boba was on point with his awesome work skills.

Came here today and got helped by Kevin he was so kind and made my experience so much better, will 100% be coming back because of his customer service and welcoming personality!!! And the boba was top tier good.

Worst boba ever he has his ingredients on the floor and half of the boba cups were so dirty and he has sweat all over the counter

Weird aftertaste on the pearls and soggy waffles

First time trying bubble tea in Canada and I was left with disappointment. The barista was fast with the drink making which is nice. However, the drink that the shop has wasn't good at all. I ordered a classic earl grey milk tea, 50% sugar, black boba but the drink was tasteless, no flavour to it. To top it off, the price was substantially more expensive than other brand. 100% not recommended!!!

I ordered a regular matcha latte with strawberry, regular milk and tapioca pearls. When I got the drink there was no matcha. It looks very much a light brown colour and I can assure you I am not colour blind. There was no hint of green. I thought maybe it somehow got diluted so I went and tried it and it just tastes like strawberry milk. It is not a bad drink but when someone request for something specific you would expect to be given the order you asked for. It lowkey feels like a scam as it was advertised that it is a matcha drink yet there was no matcha. I was informed it couldn’t be refunded or there were no other suggested solutions. Don’t think I’ll order here again.

Really good flavoured milk tea.Tons of really good options to customize the flavours and it always tastes really good, especially with the mango popping boba.5/5 stars, definitely recommend this place.

Visited here for the first time and did not knew what to get so i asked the slim guy with glasses working there. He suggested me some names but in the end told me to try their Taro smoothie. I had never tried a taro smoothie before and I should say it tasted fabulous. It was an amazing experience and i would definitely recommend my friends to visit here and try there taro smoothie for sure.
