Never had a Bubble tea with such fresh ingredients, really impressed with Dhara. She managed to make all drinks so perfectly with so much rush and with great attitude. First reason for my comback is the bubble tea and dhara. Kudos to you guys for such great quality drinks at good prices.

The worst bubble tea ever, I ordered brown sugar milk tea, the sever literally add brown sugar, ice, and milk, no tea. It was just milk and brown sugar, he did it on purpose because he didn’t get a tip. Who tips for a bad experienceSecond message , look at the photo that’s all I will say.

What the actual heck was this Boba....my sister likes this place so I went and I ordered my drink ( brown sugar milk tea with perals) a super common drink. The tea was a little off tasting sure but the quantity and the quality of the pearls was disappointing. The pearls were stale on the inside and not fresh...not too sure why I got recommended this place.

So happy there is finally a BBT shop near me hehe the pearls can get a little hard so best to drink BBT right away if you order your drink with pearls but what I love most about Sip A Tea is how generous they are with the toppings compared to other BBT mainstream shops. They add a generous amount of jelly and toppings even if you order just one topping. Plus the price is better than their competitors. Called to order but guy was rude over the phone. We said we would be there way before they closed but he didn’t wanna take our order even though they still had 25 minutes to close. If you don’t want to take orders at 10:35 maybe change your hours. Wouldn’t bother to make a review but the guys was very rude over the phone.

The place has simple aesthetics. The person taking our order was very helpful! Drink was delicious, we will be back again! I got the passion fruit with green apple. I found the green apple a bit sour, but over all the drink was very good!

Ordered 2 bubble teas one taro one original both with pearls. Pearls were very hard and tasted old. Milk tea was just ok in flavour and taro has a weird after taste. When paying $16.78 for only 2 drinks I would expect much better quality and taste. Will not

Ive been about 8 or 9 times now. I'm going to take my partner here soon because its a really nice place, and the drinks are sooo good. I really like the watermelon milk tea, with a green tea base. So good.
