The food is great. Probably the best sisig I've had in a restaurant ever. But I haven't had a good experience ordering and waiting for my food.

My sisig was left on the back counter open for about 15 minutes getting cold

Cheese sticks seems to be very inconsistent. Last time I ordered, it was powdered with cheese and was great. The next time around, it's missing that cheese powder. Half of my order also contained lumpia instead

Ordered the rice box and didnt know I would literally be getting a box of rice. Wish the portion had more of the sisig.

Other than that sisig was good.

SARAP!!!! After waiting for so long to open and missing where the food truck is, we finally got to try Sisig Eh! We got the Sisig and the spicy garlic rice. It was worth the wait. This place is yum! If you’re around the area. Definitely stop by. You’ll have a happy belly.

I had such a great experience at Sisig Eh! Café! The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and welcoming — it felt like a mix of home and a vibrant Filipino eatery. The staff was very and attentive and kind, happy to answer any questions regarding their food.

And of course, the food did not disappoint. Everything we ordered was delicious, flavorful, and tasted authentic. The crispy pork sisig and the tokwat baboy were my personal favourites— crispy, savoury, and packed with that perfect balance of spice and tang. You can tell it’s made fresh. Great portion sizes, too! This restaurant is great to go too as they have so many different kinds of food to choose from if you’re not feeling rice! From tacos to burritos, their unique variety of food while still maintaining the filipino food influence is what makes this restaurant unique.

If you’re craving Filipino food in a chill, friendly setting, Sisig Eh! is definitely worth the visit. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

Dinakdakan meat was like leather—super tough and extremely fatty. 75% rice was, hard and cold, the rest was just red onions. Tokwat Baboy? Another letdown. The tokwa was dry and hard, and the pork skin was too tough to chew. And the halo-halo? Big frustration! The camote was too hard, the banana was even worse—tasteless and barely edible. Sadly, it felt like a total waste of money. Not coming back. Not recommended if you want to donate your money, then go try!

“Best Sisig in Calgary!”
I’ve been craving real Filipino sisig, and Sisig Eh! Café did not disappoint! The pork was crispy, flavorful, and served hot over steaming rice. The lumpia was perfectly fried—crunchy outside, juicy inside. You can taste the love in their cooking. Support local, support Filipino! Highly recommended. 🙌🏻

My first couple orders with them delicious! Recently, their sisig is 40% meat and the rest is grilled onions. Hopefully that changes, especially if they're going to keep their price point.

I ran into the Sisig Eh food truck on my way home and absolutely had to stop to check it out. I ended up buying a pineapple mango quencher, crispy pork sisig over rice, and pork lumpia. Everything came out in timely manner and tasted amazing, I’m currently craving it and looking for that truck!

Let’s start with the sisig—the star of the show. It was crunchy, savoury, and incredibly well-balanced. The textures were spot-on: crispy bits in all the right places, but still juicy and rich. It’s the kind of dish that hits you with a bold punch of flavour, then keeps pulling you back in for more. What really stood out, though, was that my partner—who didn’t enjoy sisig the first time she tried it elsewhere—LOVED it this time. Total 180. That alone speaks volumes about the quality and care that goes into the food here.

We also grabbed a halo-halo, and wow—it was perfectly layered and tasted just like something made in a home kitchen. Not overly sweet or artificial like some versions can be. You could tell it was done with pride, from the ice texture down to the balance of toppings. It was refreshing, nostalgic, and a great way to finish the meal.

And the lumpia? Easily one of the crispiest, most satisfying versions we’ve had from a food truck. Golden brown, piping hot, and filled just right. But what really brought it together was the sawsawan (dipping sauce). Sweet, tangy, just a hint of bite—it paired beautifully with the lumpia and had us wishing we’d ordered more.

You can tell the folks behind Sisig EH! aren’t just cooking—they’re sharing culture, tradition, and soul through every dish. It’s rare to get this kind of flavour and consistency from a truck. They’ve earned a permanent spot on our “must-stop” list anytime we see them posted up.

Do yourself a favour: order the sisig, don’t skip the halo-halo, and double up on that lumpia. You won’t regret it.

My kids bought sisig, I will give it 1 star for the portion. I can hardly find the meat, lots of onions.Add more MEAT. I thought I was in the Philippines buying onions. For the Pata I will give 4 stars for the taste and the portion out 5 stars.Halo Halo taste good but a bit pricey.

Returned to Sisig Eh again as me and the family have been craving it. While overall it was great, we had the sisig fries. The fries itself was hard and dry, like it was cooked awhile ago. We were willing to wait but we were hoping for the price point that it would be fresher than that. The rest was still very good, my favourite is still the sisig shawarma. Will return!!!

Unfortunately, the rice box was pretty much just rice. The sisig tasted good, but there was barely any meat/poultry in the box. Really need to work on your portions it’s not the Philippines here. It’s expected to get good or generous portions not just rice…apart from that very friendly.
