The only thing I recommend now is the experience of the view . We went this past summer with my cousin from England and we’re pretty disappointed in everything else . To start the chairs need some refresh . They are all ripped and worn out which does not make you feel a sense of fine dining . Secondly after paying $30 to park we were very disappointed that the observation deck is no longer included when you eat at the restaurant rather you get a 50% discount to literally see a glass floor at that point For the price to eat for 4 people let us go down the flight of stairs for 5 min . Lastly the food quality was questionable.. Are fries suppose to be cold ?! Anyhow in the past I have loved and highly recommended the sky restaurant but as of recent changes I think it’s a rip off
I have a complaint. Before, when we had dinner at the restaurant, we could go to the top floor to see the view of the city without having tickets; however, this time, nobody in the restaurant offered us the chance to buy the tickets, as somebody explained on the main floor when we were leaving that this was the norm now. When we went to the top floor, thinking that we had the right to do it, the person controlling the entrance was RUDE and CONDESCENDING, making us feel terrible. It was my daughter's 14th birthday, and we wanted a family picture, but we felt awful. He didn't even give us the chance to explain that we could buy the tickets; he just opened the elevator and guided us with his hand to leave immediately. The restaurant's food and service were excellent, and we had a good time, but the ending was awfully unexpected. I would like to have the opportunity to have a family picture, if possible. Thanks

Absolutely delicious dinner here! My husband and I shared our first wedding anniversary dinner here and everything was amazing!
We had Emma as our server who was so incredibly sweet and helpful and even gave us a card saying thank you for coming in, I love little personalizations like this ❤️
The ambiance is very romantic without being too fancy, dimmed lighting, candles, and jazzy type music playing. I was surprised by how many young (and loud 🤭) children were there, but it did not harsh the vibe at all.

We were really disappointed with our visit to the Sky 360 Restaurant at Calgary Tower. We had to wait more than an hour for our main course — Roasted AB Lamb — and no one warned us it would take that long. When we asked our server about it, she said it would be another 10 minutes, but the food only arrived 25 minutes later. For such a popular and well-known place, the service was unacceptably slow. The view is nice, but definitely not worth the wait.

View makes you so happy and makes you enjoying every moment that you forget about all other things. Service were great, cocktails not bad, food delicious except of appetisers and kids food. Music was so nice.

Highly recommended for those visiting Calgary. The food was great and reasonably priced. The view from the rotating restaurant adds to the exquisiteness of the whole dining experience.

Worst experience? I cannot believe I’ve been sitting in the restaurant for one hour. I didn’t receive my food my three friends were served. There was waiting for me to eat, and my plates never arrived it was just unacceptable it was just insulting

Out server Morgan was really nice and took good care of us. My medium well steak showed up well well done and a bit burned. They did offer to remake it for me but then my date and I would have been eating separately so I ate it anyway. Morgan took that and a desert off our bill to make up for it. All in all it was a wonderful evening and we will be back again.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience we had at your restaurant on Nov 1st for our 5:30 PM reservation.
We had informed the restaurant in advance that we would be late due to traffic and road closures, and I kept in touch to provide updates. Despite our efforts to communicate, when we finally arrived and were waiting to speak with the host at the main level, I received a message stating that our reservation had been cancelled.
To make matters worse, our custom birthday cake was damaged as we rushed to make it on time. We tried to explain the situation to the manager, emphasizing that we were already in the lobby before the cancellation message was sent. However, she showed little understanding or empathy and simply told us to wait another two hours.
This was supposed to be a special birthday dinner, but instead it turned into the worst dining experience we’ve ever had. We felt unwelcome, dismissed, and completely disregarded as customers. When we asked for the contact information of the owner or management, we were not given any help.
We ultimately decided to cancel the reservation and take our celebration elsewhere. I truly hope you take this feedback seriously, as no customer should be treated this way.
