We dined at Sky360 in March. We quite liked our server, as he was rather honest about which dishes were recommended, and which ones missed the mark. He recommended the Chicken and the Steak. However the steak was overcooked and cold, likely due to it being cut and then plated. It also was bland and tough. The chicken was flavorful and juicy, but the sides it came with were cold and flavorless. We did enjoy the Brussel sprouts and would order again. We were seated at a window table and the view did not disappoint. We were lucky enough to be there when the sun was setting and it was stunning. I would go back simply for the view, but not until the menu improves.

So this is an experience, you need to try at least once. Dont worry too much about the dress code. My wife was and tried to dress up but overall didnt seem to matter, which is sad. Used to be dining fancy was a big thing. Anyways the view is amazing!! In the whole rotation you will get some amazing views!! Be a tourist take those pics!! I am told twilight is the best time and it seemed to fill up for that. The actual restaurant isnt super fancy or overly modern looking but still nice inside. If you have to use the washroom you can feel they sway, its crazy. Now the service is great! Between tour waiter who was awesome and someone else we had amazing service. The food, oh my god the food. Everything was great. Bread and calamari to start so tasty. Wifes pasta was delicious and so filling! My scallops were great, honestly the gnocchi was average. Side of sprouts yum!!! The wine and cake also top notch! Red Cab Sav while $$$$ was worth it and cake deep and dark! Anyways make a reservation, I think you have to. The 2 hour time limit would suck with a big table... bring your wallet it is CRAZY $$$$ but worth it. A must try!

This was my first experience. Very good view of the city, very tasty drinks. Service did not like. The waiter completely did not accept the order. No ice was brought for the white wine. Knives and forks were put on the table. Dessert waited for more than half an hour.

We were at a family dinner. Booked in advance. Table near the window. Nice atmosphere. Beautiful views of the city. The tower makes a revolution of 360 in one hour.

NO STARS! We arrived at 7:00p.m. for our 7:30 reservation (booked over a month before arriving in Calgary). First, we were told that the restaurant is very busy so we had to wait until 7:30 for our table - fine - we were early... (no chairs or anything to sit on and wait)... BUT, parties with a reservation at 7:45 were ushered into the elevator immediately! What?! Ok, again - fine - we'll wait. At 7:30, the hostess says that we are to go to the elevators as our table is ready. Off we go! We get to the restaurant level and showed our table. It was literally a make shift table the size of a dinner tray in an awkward spot next to a server station! The only views we had would be to look over the people eating next to us! No thanks. I asked to speak with the manager and WTH! The manager (Nasir (sp?)) was the biggest prick about it! He indicates that they do not guarantee tables. I requested an EMPTY TABLE by the window and he says "that is a table for a party of 4, not 2"!!! Meanwhile, right next to that exact table is a party of 2!! I told him I was not satisfied with this makeshift table and he says "fine, I'll cancel your reservation and charge you the cancellation fee!" WTAF?! Sky360?? Calgary?? Wow. Absolutely shocked at how a "manager" handled that!! Guess what? We left disappointed and on a mission to let everyone know how terrible we were treated! Shitty feeling all around and will NEVER return there. Oh, and guess what, we went to Ruth's Criss (2nd floor) for dinner without a reservation, and busy also, and were treated like royalty! We were sure to let EVERYONE at our hotel, at the zoo line up, and everyone we encountered know about how we were treated at Sky360!

Well, I'm trying not to bash the experience, but it could be improved. What I liked is it's always been a unique restaurant at seeing our way of life, it's a quiet 193m rotating view of our city. For the cost of a week of groceries, you get a little meal as filling as a quarter pounder at McDonald's. It tasted good, wasn't that filling. I believe I ate this dish years before and thought I ate a much bigger meal.Their employees have a limited list of questions they are allowed to answer. If you ask something they don't know they don't bother trying and just say "I don't know." A little frustrating because I felt my easy question was not worth their time to answer. It's probably not worth spending what they're demanding. Drop your ten bucks to go on the observation deck, it's 193 meters taller than you're used to. Otherwise it's not worth wasting your week of groceries to eat for what little you're getting.

I did a meet up group of 8. We waited over an hour for service and were almost late for the show. Charged $15 on a $32 food bill automatically for no service and garbage food. The conversation and view was nice only. Any other venue, I could decide what tip value to
