I’ve come to the conclusion that perhaps this Smittys is under new management or ownership ! I have been going to this Smittys since they opened so my expectations are a set standard of very good Let’s talk about the food : POOR one if our favourites Is the blueberry bread pudding french toast Usually the portion sizes are good the toast is covered with a generous portion of WARM blueberry compote and a drizzle What was served looked like it was squished toast glopped together no compote !! Asked for it and was brought a cold small metal cup of cold compote Just what you want to put on your WARM toast even if it’s a squished mess Our other dish is a regular bacon and eggs so not much damage can be done to that except the portion size of potatoes was half Service was sub par no one knew what they were doing and employees were casually dressed in black but before employees looked presentable with Smittys shirts and aprons Current employees looked lost and confused. I will rethink before returning sadly.

Marites is such an amazing server! So helpful and attentive and even remembered our previous visit and got us some free donuts that we forgot last time! So sweet! We already loved this place but her service is truly exceptional!
Great food. But the server made the experience much more greater. Shout out to Marites for serving us and making for a wonderful dining experience.
