Not as good as i remember it used to be. Service was poor. they tried hard and had a good attitude but really just didn't know how to offer that next-level steakhouse experience that I expect from somewhere with that reputation.
Most of us enjoyed our meals but one dinner was very skimpy. One small fish & sm amt of fries. Very disappointed. The food is very expensive therefore would appreciate a larger plate full of the fish n chips
We had an incredibly overworked (they were short staffed this night) waiter who was very pleasant and friendly, and professional. The food was delicious. We were first timers to Smugglers and really enjoyed our food. My only ‘complaint' would be is that they need to make the outside of their door more welcoming. As we had never been to Smugglers, we weren't sure where the main door was.
