Huge thanks to the team at Smugglers! We were there for our 23rd anniversary with friends last night when a water break hit the restaurant. Despite the emergency, we received a fantastic meal and top-tier service. Kelsey was our waitress and she was absolutely wonderful—so upbeat and professional while everything was being shut down. Great job team Smugglers!!
It was a nice dinner with my husband last saturday Valentine’s Day,the food was great and our server Lorena was amazing and very friendly. Thanks Lorena! We will surely comeback soon.
Our reservation was for 5:45 pm and it wasn’t busy at all. In fact, it wasn’t busy at any point of our stay even when we left around 8 pm. Our waitress was very young and not very talkative, but she did a great job and was attentive. Water came immediately and our cocktails came within 15 minutes. We ordered the Burnt Ends as an appetizer which is supposed to be smoked brisket ends with teriyaki glaze, green onions, sesame seeds crispy rice chips. It was the most disappointing...
