We had an incredibly overworked (they were short staffed this night) waiter who was very pleasant and friendly, and professional. The food was delicious. We were first timers to Smugglers and really enjoyed our food. My only ‘complaint' would be is that they need to make the outside of their door more welcoming. As we had never been to Smugglers, we weren't sure where the main door was.
We had prompt and friendly staff looking after us. The prices were reasonable. You can see their menu and prices on their website so you know in advance what to expect. Loved the food and all 5 said their selection was good
Our dinner was delicious, however we were very disappointed the salad bar was an additional charge. The calamari we had was barely eatable it was so tuff, we mentioned this to the wait staff, no compensation though, the other thing we were disappointed in was No More Mud Pie, the Mud Pie was delicious! In the past.
