Ordered two dishes in a rice. I was dining alone and there was enough leftovers for a whole second meal at home.

Used to be good, last couple of times picked up takeout and it was disgusting, ordered a chicken dish and it was like they ran out of chicken and loaded dish with carrots and what chicken was in there was either dry or chewy . Won't be going.back they need to do better for the amount they charge.

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!The green beans and pork had less than a tablespoon of pork in it!18.95??Are you kidding me?The JUMBO deep fried wontons didn’t have any wontons in them!!They advertise as JUMBO????Do your self a favour and never order at this place!I sure would love to show pictures but it seems there is no option!Terrible!

Ordered take out from this restaurant and very disappointed with the food overall.
The meat in the Beef and Gai Lan is tasteless.
We also ordered the Beef Brisket Hot Pot, which has 90% beef tendons and only a few small pieces of beef brisket. Please note some people don’t like to eat beef tendons and also there is no mentioning of beef tendons in the name or the description of this dish.
Never order from them again!

The food is excellent. Service was slow. When I got busy it was very noisy. I would go back again the food was that good.

Love the deep fried duck with taro and fried rice noodle with beef! Taste sooooooo good!! Love it so much!! Definitely will be back!

This remains one of the top Chinese restaurants in the city. You have to know how to find it in the basement of a small shopping mall. It’s a family run business with great sincerity and quality. The community is lucky that they managed to survive the impact of COVID-19.

Love it! We got a meal for 3 which ended up being more than enough for our group of 4. The food is super yummy and there was almost no wait. The staff are so nice and very quick. Definitely recommend.

Snow Palace Restaurant is located at 5403 Crowchild Trail NW #1b in the Crow Square Mall. A Chinese eatery featuring classic Cantonese takeout-style eats & lunch specials. Mainly for lunch and dinner, food was good, service was very good, quick and efficient. It is a family run restaurant and there seems to be a good number of Asian customers which is always a good sign. Prices are average among Chinese restaurants. One drawback iit is located in the basement of the building, and there is no elevator. So it is not convenient for seniors and people using wheelchairs or walkers. There is plenty of free parking outside in the mall parking lot.

Service is way way too slow. we went for brunch ordered 5 simple dishes and they all came out 1 at a time 30 to 40 minutes apart from each other.

Ridiculous slow. What was supposed to be a quick brunch turned into near three hours of waiting.
