Best Banh Mi in Calgary! The freshly squeezed orange juice was also great. The bread used was true banh mi bread not a sub bread like other place. Everything was so fresh and tasty and above all not salty.
I have been ordering subs from Soc Trang ever since it opened and it is by far the best place in Calgary for cold cut assorted subs! Ingredients are always fresh, and the fillings are very generous. The owner is also lovely, friendly and genuinely kind :) I have also tried the beef stew, vermicelli and salad rolls - all of which are delicious!
Moon works her butt off and deserves way more recognition. You can tell she takes pride in every order she makes. I got the beef bánh mì and my girlfriend got the chicken and beef mix—both were packed with flavour. The meat was super moist, and the bread had that perfect combo: crispy on the outside, fluffy inside.
