Not my favorite Ethiopian Restaurant. Staff was friendly. They made a mistake on my order. It was difficult as she didn't speak any English at all. I showed her a picture of a mixed platter from their website that had meat and veggies on the injera but she brought me an all vegetarian one. The two playing pool.were extremely loud, but the atmosphere was vibrant.

We had nay tsom bebi aynetu and firfir. The nay tsom bebi aynetu was great. The firfir meat was hard but the server was kind to swap it out for us for a tibsi dish which was also great.
Had some different tastes from Africa, but never tried Eritrean/Ethiopian food before. Took the Quanta Firfir, and was pleasantly surprised by the spicyness. Bit on the dry side, but that's just my personal preference, besides that, very lovely dish. Will definitely try again.
Seemed like a there's a very active Eritrean/Ethiopian community, the place was packed when picking up. Also felt a watched being the only whiteboi there, like people were surprised to see me there 🤣😝
