A small, unassuming venue that has fantastic food at reasonable prices, given the massive portions. Excellent service and recommendations from the proprietor. A great find in NE Calgary for those who want to eat authentic cuisine.

This restaurant is amazing. The flavors were perfect. The injera had the perfect texture. The spices were amazing. The service was wonderful. The atmosphere was great, too -- people were playing games and it felt like a community. Overall a great experience. We would return. Prices were incredible, too!

Not my favorite Ethiopian Restaurant. Staff was friendly. They made a mistake on my order. It was difficult as she didn't speak any English at all. I showed her a picture of a mixed platter from their website that had meat and veggies on the injera but she brought me an all vegetarian one. The two playing pool.were extremely loud, but the atmosphere was vibrant.
