The bún bò Huế here is definitely the best in Calgary!
I also tried the bún hến, the flavor was decent, but the ratio of vermicelli to hến xào felt off. There was a bit too much vermicelli, so when you mix everything together, the overall taste turns a bit bland.
Not a huge fan of the bánh bèo either, the filling was pretty minimal.

I love vermicelli bowls and was not disappointed at all! Take a look at the photos. My bowl was the largest I have ever seen! I ordered the #42 combo and when it arrived, my mouth just dropped!!!
