this place was rlly lovely, i liked the vibes of it, the staff were very nice and i love the art ontop the drink ☺️ although the matcha didn’t have much flavour to it unfortunately tasted bland

A tourist in Calgary, I visited the shop as it was recommended on a coffee forum I trust. Overall, it's a nice cafe that I think majority of people will enjoy. As for my critical review as a coffee nerd, my espresso was served in a cappuccino mug and under-extracted, IMO, and the no squeezing coffee bags sign is bad vibes. I know it's petty, but I didn't buy their coffee because of it...

One of the most expensive lattes in the city ($10) and it was not good. Service was poor and slow even though I was the only one there at the time. Maybe they need to train their staff, but much better specialty coffee shops out there.

The latte I had at Sought and Found was well-balanced and exceptionally smooth, with a clean finish that highlights the quality of their beans and milk. The café has a calm, focused atmosphere—great for solo visits or light work. You can tell the staff take their craft seriously, and it shows in every detail of the drink.

Like 2 hours ago they charged me 10$ for a medium white chocolate coffee and she gave me small roast chocolate coffee and it was really really cold. Bad service, bad price and wrong order. Plus despite giving 2$ tip. Terrible

I had the peppermint tonkarone with espresso and it was very very tasty, subtle but great flavors. I would love to come back just for this but it’s very pricey to make my regular drink. I also had the pandan coconut croissant warmed up which was also amazing. The customer service was great, they great you as you come in, say goodbye and help you with a seat while bringing you your items when they are ready. Will be back!

Fantastic mocha. They use dark chocolate and it’s not too sweet! My favourite kind of mocha and a rarity in Calgary. Definitely coming back!

It’s “support local businesses” until these same businesses charge you $1 for a cup of ice… after you purchased two drinks for them. This greedy behaviour is the cause for the downfall of our society. Never coming back here again, for I have sought peace and instead found violence.

The staff says hello when you enter, takes your order and offers to seat you. It's the most pleasant, yet unobtrusive service I've seen. Great coffee and relaxing music to work with — or converse. Love it.
