I just went there an hour ago, and I loved it!!!
I assume it's a family owned business, cause there was a sweet little girl who welcomed us so nicely & cashier lady was professionally explained choice of shots for my iced latte.
And free cookie treat for christmas was.. 100 out of 10, so great, u have to sell it or share the recipe plzzzz i couldn't stop myself licking crumbs on my fingertip lol
I will def visit again next time, merry christmas and happy new year for the whole lovely team <3

This is the best coffee shop near me. Maybe best in the city. It's a great place to meet up for a drink and a treat, or to get something warm for a walk on Crescent Ave.
When I introduce friends to Sought and Found, I tell them it's what coffee should taste like, and cost, if every step is done with intention. This means quality ingredients, well-trained baristas, a comfortable space, and attention to all sorts of details.
I like to treat myself to an espresso flight, which comes with a tasting guide, and changes each month. My regular order however is a drip coffee and a coconut Pandan croissant to stay; I usually share it with my toddler (all baking is from Butter Block!).
The owners, Kitty and Caleb, and staff are friendly and helpful. They are local and believe in the community they run the business in, and the communities they support through their coffee purchases.
The roasting is done in house and it is fun to nerd-out about coffee with the staff. I highly recommend it!
Kid-friendliness: High chairs are available, and parents regularly bring kids here. The baked goods are a nice treat for all ages.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room and no stairs.

Visited for the first time, Great experience.
Grilled cheese was the best we have ever had. Mocha was nice too.
The server who took our order and served our coffees went above and beyond. She was one of the best servers I have ever experienced at a cafe. Forgot her name unfortunately.

What an Elevated Experience!
From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by friendly and knowledgeable staff who genuinely took an interest in our day. They walked us through the roasted coffee bean options and offered thoughtful recommendations. We sampled a few featured drinks under the barista’s recommendation, and each sip was a delightful experience of layered flavors. We also had a sesame croissant to go—it was absolutely delicious. This coffee shop is a gem! So glad we found it! Highly recommend.

It's my favourite coffee place in Crescent Heights. The service is always excellent. The coffee and food is amazing. Would highly recommend it if you're in the area.

A cookie, a croissant and a brew coffee... everything should have been instant, something they could have handed me while I was paying.. instead I waited over 25 minutes to get my order...

If you are looking for a cozy, warm hospitable place I wouldn’t recommend here. I didn’t like my experience here. I ordered 2 double americanos for 13$ and I also didn’t have control of putting my own cream and sugar in. I left with coffees that didn’t satisfy at all. The only thing that impressed me was the excellent customer service.

Great place for a date, to work, or just try some good coffee. Love their concept of "one coffee made in 3 different ways". Went on a Saturday afternoon and it was quite busy most of the time. Suggest bringing earphones if planning to work, enough seating and good wifi for the first couple hours. Vibrant atmosphere, friendly and informative staff.

$6.5 for a tepid 12oz latte that I waited 10 minutes for.
All the staff wearing masks as they are apparently afraid of their customers. Cannot hear what they are saying from behind the masks
The space is cluttered and looks like they are not set up for business yet with construction materials everywhere
Will not be back
