The tacos I had were good, nothing to write home about but decent quality. If you eat them slow make sure to lift them off the plate as the one side gets soggy. The highlight were the margs. Pricy but oh so good. I'd hit this place up again and have some drinks and chips with salsa.

We ordered street tacos and quesadilla.. they tasted awful.The chicken didn’t taste fresh. The server served us tap water. She didn’t even ask us if we want tap water or bottled water. We also ordered a drink and just when we were about to finish the food, the server told us they can’t make it. If she would have told us earlier we could have ordered another drink. Honestly, if anyone wants to try good mexican tacos, try quesada across the street. They make 100 times better tacos.

Food was great, service was not - its not full house but it took the server forever to take our order. Asked for hot water then gave us the cold water with ice. Make sure you have enough time when you dine here, food is great but it takes time to wait for the server to take your order. Come for food not the service.

Got the birria tacos and started with the chips and guacamole. My coke came in a bottle. Super tasty meal and reasonably priced! Great music and ambience as well in the restaurant. Highlight recommend booking a table beforehand.
Went to Calgary for a weekend away and the greatest regret of my trip is that got my food to go, because the atmosphere of this place is perfection. However, the food was incredible, especially the pork belly tacos. Super affordable and full of flavour. The restaurant itself is warm and relaxing, and I wish I had spent a few hours there trying all the things. Next time.

Although the food looked like it could've been great, we did not choose to eat here after the waiter/host told us we could tie our dog to a pole outside because they were not pet friendly. Saying you are not pet friendly is okay, but to go further and tell us to tie our dog outside was a big no. We would have ordered food to go, but decided not to after that comment.

Spicy amigos is pretty good if you are looking for authentic Mexican food, i will suggest to order a plate called “surtido” that include 4 kind different Mexican food, or even the “Molcajete” that’s is really good. I love also so much the “sopes”. The salsas are awesome.

We had a great experience at Restaurante Spicy Amigos! The vegetarian burritos were absolutely delicious, and the homemade salsa was full of flavor. The margaritas were outstanding and perfectly balanced. What really made our visit special was the super friendly waiter, who even surprised us with a cake on the house. Warm atmosphere, tasty food, and excellent service – highly recommended!

The food here is amazing. Don’t go for lunch tho. Lines are long. I stood In line for 28 minutes with zero acknowledgment. Front of the line and suddenly they have to have everyone serving tables so it would have been a total of 20min wait to order followed by 30min for food. They need more help desperately. I won’t be back until the prices reflect the service.
