First time here and I loved it! Can’t believe I waited so long to try it. We were greeted with a smile by Christiana (sorry if I got the name wrong), and promptly seated. She gave us excellent service, answered all questions, and was attentive! It’s a family business, so they care. The atmosphere is traditional Greek and comfy – it’s a vibe, and reminds me of the Greek restaurants in Vancouver from back in the day. Very nostalgic. The food was delicious, the portions large, and most importantly, it was steaming hot (which many restaurants in Calgary can’t seem to get right). Highballs (premium) are only $8! Highly recommended if you want filling comfort food served with a smile! Plus, you’re supporting a local family business.
Terrible service! Delivery driver was an arrogant sob and lied. Tried to call business to get help and they are too busy to respond so here it goes… don’t like leaving bad reviews… but no customer service help. Will not be ordering again after being chastised by their delivery driver as he had to wait 7 minutes for me. So now it’s my fault he waited outside in the cold instead of in his car while he reached out… get a grip Spiros… the delivery driver is the face of your business for me. Nothing in today’s world goes unnoticed. You cannot have a driver that treats your paying clients, like absolute dirt. This was uncalled for. After 20 years of ordering from you guys I’m done. I will be sharing my experience as well on social media. I’m sure I’m not the only person that has been through this.
