I've been going to Spolumbo's since the 90s and they have always been amazing. Their Spolumbo special is always my go-to and I would highly recommend it! The staff are also always locked in and great people so defiantly hit this place up.

Great deli with awesome sausages, sandwiches, and great customer service. The only reason for the 4 stars is that I was hoping that they would have a larger selection of sausage. Most grocery stores only carry the spicy, mild, bratwurst , and chicken apple so I was hoping for more when I was there but unfortunately they had no coarse grind, vampire killers, or diablos.

Their sausages are good value, what you see is what you will have when it is cooked, these do not shrink because there are no byproducts or fillers. You can always buy Spolumbo's sausages with confidence whether it is at their location or a local grocery store!
We love to visit their restaurant for the Mama's meatloaf sandwich. It is so delicious that it has been keeping us coming back for more than 15 years. There are many options on the menu and even the pickiest of eaters is bound to find something they like. The environment is very welcoming, you will find everyone from little babies to grandparents enjoying the food. Everyone is welcome, even if you are just sitting for a moment while your take out order is prepared.
Finally, the company's commitment to their staff and community is impressive. You will always see the staff smiling as the managers ensure they get breaks, seem to always be checking to see that they have everything needed to do their job and they just seem to be having fun despite the hectic environment. You often see Spolumbo's helping teams fundraise and at community events with a portion of the proceeds benefiting charities. Not just great food, but a great company that does good.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced! We frequently cater from Spolumbo's for sandwiches, and every time they impress. Each sandwich is packed with 4-5 layers of deli meat and fresh ingredients—truly spectacular! The quality is consistently top-notch. Dining in is also a treat, with an old-school Calgary heritage atmosphere that adds to the charm. Highly recommend for both catering and dining in!

Asked for it pressed too they didn’t ? and topping options I’ve had better couldve made this at home for less save that money and buy a good panini down the street from Lina’s

I was uncertain of what to get but the staff was very kind and helpful and I got an amazing sandwich that cured that epic sandwich itch( who doesn’t love a great sandwich). I came across Spolumbo’s when I went to a breakfast place a couple blocks from there and they had this amazing sausage as part of my meal that was in the menu as being from Spolumbo’s.
I, being from Edmonton, wanted to grab a bunch of these sausages to make at home as I don’t visit the city often.
I got amazing customer service from Kayla behind the sausage counter who went above and beyond to figure what type of sausage I had. She also gave me some sausages on the house and provided me a bucket with ice to transport as I would have to drive them back to Edmonton.
Spolumbo’s is somewhere I intend on coming and visiting again whenever I make the trek back down here. Amazing place! And thank you for having at least one Oilers memorabilia on the wall ?
