I tried the food a few times when it was available and a cook was there to make items on menu. Was not impressed one time by anything we ordered to eat. Staff was not very friendly and we waited forever for service a couple times despite it being a smaller pub. Gets quite busy with local jams and live music which was fun to dance and listen too. ????

Went to 80 ATE Indo Chinese restaurant to pick up some packages as instructed by the shipper. The establishment was closed. I then went to the pub and grill next door and they assisted me in reaching the proprietor of 80 ATE.... When the proprietor took a long time I decided to stay for a beer. The staff was friendly and accommodating, I will be returning.

does not exactly offer a welcoming atmosphere. food is okay, but the burger and fries i ordered was nothing to write home about- fries too oily, cooked in old oil and tasting "dirty", and the burger made my stomach very upset- for three days! this review probably won't be published, as this place tends to say honest reviews " violate their standards" or some such nonsense- but what they really mean is they want your money for garage, and they don't want anyone to tell you the truth about that.

We went there Xmas day 2016, and while they may have got the buffet times wrong, the food was very good, and service was very hospitable, and the place is inviting (though you can't tell from the outside). We'll definitely be back: the ginger beef was particularly good.
