Spring Vietnamese Cuisine

In Calgary’s rich pho scene, Spring doesn’t really stand out in any way, say for the cheesy neon signs and the staticky radio playing way too loud. It is open on a Sunday evening, so that’s good, but I’d also wait to hit up a better place. The chicken sate pho was okay, I guess.

The best broth in the City. Reminds me of my Gramma's. The curry chicken and spicy beef dishes, satay pho and wor wonton soups are outstanding. Quyns (NE) and Spring (SE) serve my favourite Pho in the City.

I get the Bun Bo Hue and it is very tasty, a large portion and comes with lots of meat! Definitely recommend getting any soup here as the Pho is delicious as well.

Great Vietnamese food.

We are not from here, traveling from SK. This restaurant is close to our hotel so I decided to take my kids there for supper. My wonton soup was ok. I was disappointed with Pho from a Vietnamese's standard, to be honest. However, i understand their clients might be non-Viet mostly, so they cooked their broth that way. I still gave 4 stars for that reason.

I frequently visit Calgary for work and always make a point to dine at this spot at least once or twice per trip, the food is just that amazing! The service is outstanding, a server even remembered me from my first visit and asked if I wanted my favorite dish again. So thankful this place is near my hotel!

I always enjoy the food and service here. It’s so good that I forget to take pictures before digging in. My favorite appetizer is the deep-fried wontons, and I love their vermicelli bowls. Always fresh with fast service! Plus they’re just few minutes from my house. Highly recommended

Ordered the chicken, beef and shirp stir fry on skip, waited over an hour for the food, there was no mention of mushrooms in the dish but there was mushrooms and I'm allergic.... be cautions when ordering .. there was also next ro no chicken or beef and only 1 shrimp...

@SpringVietnamese Very disappointed with the service and lack of follow-up. A transaction error from 13 May still unresolved due to a date mismatch on your store slip (says 14 May). No refund, no proper response despite clear evidence provided. Unacceptable. #CustomerServiceFail

A pretty decent place. E sunny had an assortment of apples so I can't comment on the pho.

Been here for dozens of years, the service is really good and the food is really great. It's not my absolute favorite veit spot but it's still a great place to stop for lunch when you're in the area. Lunch specials are a great deal.
