Honestly? Authentic and amazing. The spicy calibrate samad was the best I've had in a long time as was the Soveratese rigatoni with fresh tuna steak. It was honestly to die for.

Amazing drinks, best pasta me and my wife have ever had, should be more expensive. Food took a bit but you could tell it was because it was made from scratch. If I lived in calgary I'd go once a week. P.s Drinks are strong.

Right from the start it was an awful experience. We weren’t greeted by anyone when we arrived and there wasn’t signage stating, “seat yourself”. I had to go look for our host/server. She was sitting out back. I understand serving means you take a break when you can but at least be on the floor or provide signage.
I mean this with all due respect — I can go to Whole Foods and buy better fresh pasta.. like A LOT better.
