Stable Tenth Avenue Café and Cocktail Bar

This is a lovely cafe with good coffee and food, however, many times I come here and the service is quite slow. They usually only have one worker and while they are being efficient, I think they would benefit from having a second staff member working.

I went to this cafe for several times. EACH time the coffee ( cappuccino or mocha) was cold. Disappointed!

Delicious food, friendly service, and a cozy, welcoming vibe. Everything was fresh and well prepared. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back.

If you're there past noon I highly recommend the negroni.

Understaffed and wait takes forever

Both of our coffee tasted like hot water. We threw it out.

Inconsistent. Hit or miss for quality, depends on the day. Some days are really not great, cold drinks when they should be hot is really easy to fix, and drinks can taste really watered down.

Ordered a cappuccino while I was doing some work/Teams meeting and my coworker ordered a latte. After an hr of sitting in the same seat, a server places a spinach and feta pastry in front of me and walks away, I’m thinking “wow that was nice of him + great service on the house”.. 20 mins later he walks up to me and says “you didn’t order that so we have to charge you”… not taking full responsibility for their mistake … ended up paying $6.30 for a pastry that I didn’t order in the first place. This place is nice, but Fratello espresso is like very basic. Plastic spoon, white sugar, not really what you expect from a nice place like that. And by the way is the unique coffee shop near the 9 av and all the buildings on a saturday open until 9pm. A good reason to be better. Super good music too. People friendly.

I ordered a large cappuccino, but it tasted more like milk than coffee. When I complained, the staff member told me that only the regular size has more coffee in it. There was no attempt to fix the issue or offer better service, even though I paid $18 for a large cappuccino, a regular iced coffee, and a croissant.
