Starbelly Open Kitchen & Lounge

Really amazing place! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great! A little pricey but it was a wonderful night.

Experience was generally really good. NY steak would definitely work on quality and what medium rare means - not $55 worth stake. Rib and Tatar top notch.

We went to Starbelly specifically for their Starvelky burger. When we ordered, we were told they were all out of them. This wasn't 11:30 am on a Saturday. We asked how they could be out, and were told that someone forgot to take the patties out of the freezer. Funny enough, I thought their burgers were made fresh. We made alternate choices. The grilled chicken sandwich was fine, but the braised rib grilled cheese was not great. The cheese that is on the outside of the bread was very hard, and therefore you couldn't cut or bite easily into the sandwich. Turned into a disappointing visit to a restaurant we usually really enjoy.

Thanks for a great dinner as always. We are regulars at starbelly and quality & service is always the same!

Food has gone way downhill since I last went here when it first opened. I had the Gnocchi which was supposed to be truffle but it was so salty all I could taste was bacon bits.

The bacon wrapped dates are to die for! Very pleased with the choice to hold a Christmas party here!

Pub food with luxury prices. The open-space kitchen and high ceilings give the place a nice look; however, when it’s –20°C outside, the inside feels very cold. The service was awkward—our food was delivered to a different table, and we were expected to recognize and claim our order. The neighboring table left without receiving their food, as the wait was excessively long.

We made a reservation for tonight to have a beautiful dinner at Christmas. We have been here for 45 minutes and still have not been served a drink. It’s absolutely unacceptable and horrendous customer service. This is not the first time we have had this issue. We will NEVER be back!
