I don't have the patience to wait at the counter with nobody in front of me for three minutes to just get my order in while the drive through is constantly prioritized. I left this place without ordering anything.

Unfortunately, my recent visit wasn’t as good as I hoped. There was quite a long wait, and the drinks didn’t taste as good as they used to, the quality has definitely dropped. We also noticed a male staff member speaking very aggressively to a female colleague, which made the atmosphere feel tense. Additionally, the music was much too loud and didn’t really suit the cafe environment. I hope these issues can be addressed, as I’ve had much better experiences here in the past.

Absolutely poor customer service. Never have an issue at any other Starbucks in the city. This is the only one where you'll be left waiting 15+ minutes for one drink. Also super rude staff.

They don't offered delivery from this location on Doordash unless you live a radius of 3 mins away? Must have just changed it.Because i used to order from this location quite often from my house (I live 9 mins away) and now no starbucks especially this one, the closest location to me offers delivery down the road lol. Not surprised what's this location's reputation.

People generally are in study/work mode. So I would consider lowering the volume of the music 🎶 as well consider easy listening genres.

I don't recommend you use this location at all. It's worth it to make the trip to sunridge location or else where. I would say 80% of the time they get my order wrong and they are very rude when I've brought it back.
You can see in the picture the effort they put into making the iced match tea latte and this was the second time being made.
Please use another location if you want your drinks to be done correctly.

Starbucks at Easthills is always a great stop! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and they make sure your drink is just right every time. Whether you’re grabbing your go-to coffee or trying something new, the quality is consistently on point. The atmosphere is cozy, with plenty of seating if you want to relax or get some work done. Plus, they always keep the place clean and tidy, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy your beverage. It’s a perfect spot for a morning pick-me-up or a quick afternoon break. Truly no professionalism and sense of customer care. Ordered from Starbucks uber eats and I didn't receive the holiday tumblers. Called the store and they told us that the they forgot to hand over the packet of tumblers to the delivery driver and we can come and pickup.
Contacted customer support and they mentioned to contact the store for help. This is an infinite circle where they try to put the issue on each other

Ordered a Peppermint Mocha today. Canceled and walked out after waiting 15 minutes and still 5 orders ahead of me. Not sure what's going on with this location, service was awful.

Got one of our orders wrong unfortunately. And I mean quite wrong. Figured it out and fixed it though. always too noisy to stay inside. So sitting outside was our only option. Thankful for a nice day.

Ordered from skip and got a grande pumpkin spice latte and my boyfriend’s mom got venti caffe americano but when we got the order delivered we took the drinks out and the americano had barely anything in the drink. Very disappointed. Went to different locations before and never had issues with our drinks until this morning. Spent over $30 for the order for one drink full and the other barely anything in it do better Starbucks your job is not that hard!!
