No one at the till for 10 kijs despite 4 of them working the front of the house. Just looking and not even acknowledging people were waiting. Got the order so very wrong. What a let down

the male barista with glasses is so rude for no reason after I asked for light ice 😭 Thankfully Tatum (the female barista) who was making my drink made it perfectly and was so nice, she gets 5 stars!

Solid customer service, had us sitting there for 10 mins waiting on our order and when we saw people that came after us getting their drink, I asked and she said “oh sorry what drink was it?”. Apparently she forgot or something?, which would be understandable if it was busy but there were literally only 2 other people. And then when we got our order, both our drinks came out tasting way different even though we both got the same drink. Gonna skip this joint in the future.

I visited the Fairiest location on my birthday to place an order, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The employee named Josh was not respectful and insisted that I show my ID to prove it was my birthday. This made me feel uncomfortable and singled out, and it took away from what should have been a positive experience. I believe the situation was handled poorly and felt discriminatory. I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t experience the same treatment.

Very ignorant staff, today they were closed at 02:30 i went their staff is working on the counter and not even replying. They’re looking at me. I’m waving from outside. They’re not even telling me that they’re closed and I don’t know why they were closed. There was no sign. All the customers Waiting in the drive-through, no reply on the speaker and when came on the window, they are nicely working inside and they’re looking at us and Not even saying that they’re closed or whatever I’m very frustrated with this and would never return to this location ever in my life. I wish if I could Stars, the staff is watching from inside and smiling, and not even telling us or waving us or giving us any clue that we are closed or what we are standing like fools outside

Love going to this location for its convenience since I work close to here but every time I go and put on an online order there is an issue. I show up and they never have it or they sold out and didn’t inform me.or someone else has taken my drink and I have to wait for a new one to be made. I’m not upset with the employees they are lovely and kind and always apologize when it happens but part of me doesn’t really want to purchase from this location anymore if there is no consistency to timings. I understand it can get busy and sometimes you have to wait 5-10 minutes for your order thats fine but it im always forgotten about :,(

Asked for a chamomile tea misto and was repeatedly rung up for a Honey Citrus Mint Tea instead. The barista was dismissive, condescending and made it seem like I didn’t know what I was ordering. As a former Starbucks partner and Barista this was frustrating, tea mistos are standard and basic. Any quality barista knows what a tea misto is. Disappointing experience. Unnecessary modifications, mind baffling behaviour.

Asked for a honey iced oat latte, which I haven’t been at Starbucks for a while to know that it was discontinued. Was met with a lot of attitude about it. Asked for sweet cream on my iced latte and got it at the bottom
