The staff wont even put a sleeve into your cup when its too hot to hold.When i asked for it, the male staff gave a side-eye pierching.Service in this location not so good.Pls choose other location instead if possible.

Asked for a honey iced oat latte, which I haven’t been at Starbucks for a while to know that it was discontinued. Was met with a lot of attitude about it. Asked for sweet cream on my iced latte and got it at the bottom… imagine if I didn’t ask for a straw…. Thanks I guess.

Lifes Too short

I think today's morning needs drug testing. Never been to a Starbucks without a greeting. Ordered first drink and immediately had how do you want to pay. Wait, I had a second drink to order. Then had the girl repeat the wrong order to me. Our coffees were good, minus my dark roast was 3/4 full. I hope today was just a really bad day.

Was just at this location, ordered 2 drinks. They got the order wrong, I said something they remade the drink again it was wrong I asked them to redo it again. The one girl yo the other one said omg just take it.

Did I not pay for one and should I not get the one I paid for. She was really rude.

Maybe they should train them how to male their drinks properly.

I had been a regular customer at this Starbucks location for over a year, largely due to a lack of nearby alternatives for coffee and a workspace. Unfortunately, my experience has consistently been disappointing. The atmosphere is unwelcoming, the service is slow, and the quality of the drinks is subpar.

Today was the final straw, and I’ve decided this will be my last visit. I genuinely believe some staff members may hold grudges against customers. After I once raised a concern about my Venti order being filled only halfway in my personal cup, subsequent visits resulted in it being overfilled to the point where it spilled in my car—every time.

Today, I ordered my usual Venti Pike Roast in my personal cup. However, after the first sip, it had an unpleasant, soapy taste, which was unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this Starbucks location

I don't have the patience to wait at the counter with nobody in front of me for three minutes to just get my order in while the drive through is constantly prioritized. I left this place without ordering anything.

Unfortunately, my recent visit wasn’t as good as I hoped. There was quite a long wait, and the drinks didn’t taste as good as they used to, the quality has definitely dropped. We also noticed a male staff member speaking very aggressively to a female colleague, which made the atmosphere feel tense. Additionally, the music was much too loud and didn’t really suit the cafe environment. I hope these issues can be addressed, as I’ve had much better experiences here in the past.

Absolutely poor customer service. Never have an issue at any other Starbucks in the city. This is the only one where you'll be left waiting 15+ minutes for one drink. Also super rude staff.
