I ordered a peppermint white hot chocolate and you put coffee in my cup. There is nothing else on the label. How the hell did you put coffee in the cup literally labelled peppermint. I have shitty caffeine tolerance and on an empty stomach when I was expecting a nice warm chocolate drink but then I am met with unpleasantness.
If you didn’t know caffeine stimulates the central nervous system, potentially causing tension or stress headaches, especially if you’re sensitive to its effects. So merry Christmas to me I guess. Thanks

I visited at around 1:30pm November 10th and was so impressed with the staff. It was very busy with the holiday drinks coming out and there were many orders being processed. My order was made exceptionally well and the staff were so friendly and managed the rush with stride. Will definitely be visiting again

Very nice and cozy little Starbucks nestled in the Royal Oak community. It’s busy during breakfast and lunch but not overwhelming crowded it’s still manageable. Food and drinks are on par with other Starbucks. Staff here is nice and chill and you can easily buy a coffee and sitting here just relax. It is our go-to breakfast place and we highly recommend it!

The staff here are top notch!! Always friendly, always cheerful, and always super helpful. I stop here every Friday morning to get my team coffee and the team here knocks it out of the park everytime!!!

Simple I said exactly was someone forgot to put my dizzle crm in and look what she put When I said “oh no that is too much” she was like “ if you don’t want I will take it out” I was like ? I also asked for stickers and she almost throw it to my face My girls and I ordered here almost every day and this time really hurt me :)

The staff at this Starbucks are very nice and very quick. They almost always have everything in stock, and work through lineups with ease. Never waiting for a drink here longer than four minutes, no matter how many people are before me. However, the parking lot is difficult to get in and out of, but this is a design problem, not the fault of Starbucks itself.
Dietary restrictions: Starbucks has a ton of options for dietary restrictions of any kind.
Parking: Difficult to get in and out of lot, usually have to enter through the front, and exit through the back which takes you all the way around to Royal Vista Dr. There aren't a ton of spots either.
