Starbucks consistently offers good service, with friendly and efficient staff who take customer service seriously. However, a barista at the drink station repeatedly makes mistakes with orders, using less than the standard number of pumps. The store should provide additional training so customers can trust that their drinks are made correctly and consistently. Excellent service is also noted, with a delicious pumpkin chai latte with cold foam described as amazing.
