I've decided to stop tipping at this location until the service becomes acceptable. They routinely don't make drinks as requested, missing shots, forgetting lactose free, or sending someone elses drink via uber (1 correct drink, 1 someone else). Over the past 3 months it seems like they miss the mark 25% of the time. Most locations are great, lower your expectations here.

I don’t know the name of the lady, she’s white and wears glasses.. she’s super nice. She’d call you by name like others do but the way she talks, it feels like she’s your friend from a long time. And of course the food, the service, the atmosphere everything is perfect.

I went this location for very first time. I ordered two drinks with very less ice and I got both of my extra ice. Not a good experience. I always order less ice and that never happened before. Rest of mu experience was good.

I ordered from here via Uber eats I’ve had many cold brews and this is by far the worst one I’ve ever had. Where is the cold foam? This drink doesn’t even look like a cold brew. With quick delivery service I doubt the foam melted either way disappointing the quality of the drinks has really done down.

Worst experience EVER!! Sheri was helping me this morning and it seems like she has lack of knowledge about her coffee. She also forgot to print my order therefore I spent more time than what I expected and even though she forgot my order she didn’t bother to apologize. I think she have to got proper training by the head office because her customer service was very unprofessional. It was a very awful experience ever!!!

I do not understand the reviews this place gets. It's by far the best location I've been too. The staff is so friendly and efficient. They take customer service seriously here. I was even offered a free sample this morning. How cute is this?!?
