Crazy cold inside the café. Asked couple of times but the staff wasn't sure about who controls it. During winter and heavy snow time, I dont think its an ideal place to sit and have a coffee date/ discussion or whatever.

Without a doubt every-time I come to this location my order is wrong. I could mobile order it or even just walk right up to the counter to order… and it’s always still wrong. This is very frustrating as you expect to get what you ordered.

Starbucks in Sarcee Plaza / Beacon Hill has such a fun coffeehouse vibe with cheerful staff who make the experience relaxed and enjoyable. The store is clean, efficient, and today everyone was in the holiday spirit with the first snowfall here in Calgary! The team was even happy to have their picture taken between serving up delicious coffee. A wonderful start to a cozy winter day!

I usually order through the Starbucks app and pick up my drink at this store 2–3 times a week. I always order the same menu item, and most baristas make it perfectly every time. However, the barista who was at the drink station today at 11:00 a.m. this morning (a Korean barista) repeatedly makes mistakes with my order. I can tell just by looking at the color of the coffee that something is wrong, and the number of pumps is always less than the standard.

Instead of admitting the mistake and apologizing, she asked me back, “Do you want extra sauce?” as if it were just a personal preference rather than part of the standard recipe. I have to remind her every single time, and having my coffee wrong every morning has been frustrating and actually puts me in a bad mood for the rest of the day. This is why I finally decided to leave this review — even though I normally never write reviews anywhere.

I really hope the store can provide additional training, because customers should be able to trust that their drinks are made correctly and consistently without this ongoing stress.
