I missed my birthday drink yesterday. I tried to get it today and the Barista gave me my birthday drink without hassle.
I made a big order at this location on May 12th at 11:00am. Sure enough it was crowded but the staff was doing its best to fulfill all the orders. I ordered 5 drinks and waited for my name to be called. I was wondering why I was waiting 20 minutes but my order wasn't done, and people who ordered after me were getting theirs. I asked the barista a couple of times and said they're making drinks as best as they could.
