The baristas here are more focused on the drive thru than the people in the store. Rude and forgetful.

First time I went to a Starbucks in months since I usually got to other cafes and safe to say I'll never be coming back.
Got a latte and sweet cream cold brew and it they were fine (normal overpriced Starbucks) but at least it came in a timely manner. All I asked for was a ham and cheese croissant and I asked two separate workers when it was coming and they said the original person who took my order would give it. I waited for 20mins watching people who ordered 10mins after me get their sandwich. I finally asked again and they just didn't put it out and it was cold. I waited for nothing and safe to say I'm never supporting Starbucks again even if I have a gift card. Terrible, wasn't even that busy.

Don’t ever come here they love scamming people.. they put almost 80% of my drink all ice and the people there don’t wash their hand and it’s disgusting …… don’t come here

I had been in customer service and never served anyone like the girls did. I hope they learn to "Hi" at least if their mouth hurts saying "We will serve you shortly or give us few minutes please"

I had a connection problem with my app. I had an email notif for my bday treat. The staff was kind enough to give the treat. It was just the app that's the problem.

The food and beverages are decent, servers friendly, atmosphere cozy even if a bit crowded (too many tables and chairs for the available space, making it hard to get in and out when the place is busy). Great drawing on the wall describes the adventure of the coffee beans and gives a nice chart of beverage strength to help puzzle out at least that difference between weirdly named items. However, service is passed down through 2-3 people (order, preparing and packing), and strangely delivered. Hot muffins and other goodies in paper bags lead to the food sticking fast to the paper and coming out mangled. Why put them in bags anyway? What happened to plates, even cardboard ones?

There is maybe one Barista that makes drinks correctly. Unfortunately, that Barista is never working. They have made my drink wrong soo frequently that I rarely go there now. I also pay extra for the foam and they don't add it. My partner pointed it out last time and the barista just said the way they made it was correct. It wasn't or is the barista implying every other Starbucks is making it wrong.

If I take my time standing here and typing must be terrible! This is one of the most unfriendly Starbucks I have ever seen! Which I have been using Starbucks half of my life! Feels like they ate giving you free food and coffee how they talk to customers! Sometimes u can be ignored for 10-15 min wile ur standing in front of them while they are talking each other. I know lots of young kids working there but the girl with red hair is unreal. U can do better than this Starbucks!

One rather bad rude barrister I met at the drive-through 2 days ago (Sep 20-evening), otherwise this is an excellent store. Great staff, and very homely place. Great to play a game of chess on your laptop while having finely brewed coffee!!

Asked for a drink with oat milk and got one without it, asked for it to be remade nicely and was met with attitude. Barista made me a new one that wasn’t according to my order and slapped the lid on without securing it, causing my drink to spill when I picked it up off the counter. Reading the reviews here, I can tell it’s the same barista that’s been giving people the same attitude too. Disappointed with the customer service.

this is the 3rd time i have asked for either no foam or little and every time my cut is at least 1/2 foam. For an expensive drink i would like a coffee not a cup of foam.
Here's one reason Starbucks is struggling: When I'm paying $6 for a drink I could easily make at home, I expect the barista to have some personality and people skills. Instead, I encountered someone with an attitude that made it seem like they were doing me a favor by making my drink. That doesn't sit well with me. It was my first experience at this location with my family, and it will definitely be the last. The service was that bad. Improve your customer service, or I'll just go to Tim's, where I can get treated better for less.
