Today, January 2nd, around 7:35 a.m., we were assisted by Stephen when ordering a couple of drinks. Unfortunately, the experience was not good. His attitude was unfriendly and made us feel as if we were asking for something for free. I understand that it is a café and that there can be very busy moments, but Starbucks is known precisely for its warmth and good customer service, and on this occasion that was not reflected in the service we received.

me and my friends came in for one drink for a friend it took over 20 minutes. When we came up to Sam to ask about our drink politely she gave us attitude and made us continue to wait for one simple drink while people ahead of us got there huge orders before us.

We ordered a small strawberry aci and in total almost took a half hour. No kindness in customer service we didn’t mind the wait but the attitude ruined my experience

I ordered a tranta size pink drink, it should have two scoops of strawberry, but only 4 pieces, so not sweet as before. I also ordered a tranta size peace iced green tea lemonade, it should have 7 pumps of syrups, however, it tastes no sweet!!!!!!!! What is wrong with here?

They mess up my order all the time. Cant have caffeine and they added it despite clarifying for ages when I ordered the caramel ribbon crunch (now its seems to be discontinued so no longer an issue) but I cant tell u how many times I got home and realized. Even when I started checking before leaving when you went back in it added so much waiting time since ur drink is made after getting back in line and waiting for everyone else's drinks to be made and this was with ordering the right drink AND specifying NO COFFEE plz. Even when it's not about a health issue they mess up our order giving us a different flavour which we end u ignoring because of the line up issue. And also not made right like the drink taste so icy and unblended at times. I dont know if it's a new employee but sometimes our drinks are good but other times everyone's drink is off.

Also seems like new staff as this staff is unkind and untrained as well.

Second quality. They often sell baked goods that seem over their best date. I'll update a pic as an example once I get it from my phone. Absolutely nasty.

Also Starbucks wide but why get rid of the lactose free milk. it was an extra charge and one of the main reasons we picked Starbucks over other stores. some ppl cant have the alternatives like almond milk. hope you add it back in the future. As well as the removal of the uncafinated version of drinks too. very helpful for those with health issues or children.

Lastly, my main reason for the review the flys at this location are getting out of hand. there are so many they really should lay out some traps or something its unhygienic.

I asked for a matcha with extra sugar because I'm trying to be a performative person and it tasted like bitter grass I doubt Margie had put any sugar in it, 6 bucks wasted🥀

this is how much they gave to me after I ask them to adding more water. Before just 1/10 cup. I can’t even see the matcha cold foam I added.

Customer service is not good at all

If I could give less than one star, I absolutely would. I am beyond upset and incredibly disappointed with the service I received. Margie was by far the rudest barista I have ever encountered. The person who took our order made a mistake, and the drink came out wrong. When we politely asked if it could be corrected, Margie slammed the the blender down and laughed at us, and then dumped the drink right in front of us even though we had only taken a couple of sips and were more than willing to keep the original if needed.

She snapped, “You paid for one, you don’t get two,” as if we were trying to take advantage, when it wasn’t even our error to begin with. Her complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service is shocking. This experience ruined my visit, and I will never return to that location again. I’ll be taking my business to the district location where customers are actually respected.

This is not a reflection of the staff, but rather disappointment in some changes that are truly disappointing. I was not aware that they stopped adding classic syrup (simple syrup) to their iced tea lemonades and so when I ordered a passion tea lemonade yesterday I didn't realize it was unsweetened until I got home. They informed me today about the change but said I could have asked for it sweetend - however was not aware that it no longer comes that way as a standard. PTL is quite sour/bitter if you're looking for sweet. Would have loved to been asked if I wanted it sweetened or unsweetened.
The second thing: they are no longer carrying lactose free milk.
I was told it aligns with US stores. Which is weird because stores all over the world have different options... So not clear on why that matters in Canada.

I was already on the verge of a breakup with Starbucks. Super firstworld issue. But the connection, the community, the culture. All gone.

*Sniff* bye old friends. I'll be richer without you.
