Terrible experience as a delivery driver. This Starbucks clearly does not respect delivery drivers at all. Orders for Uber Eats are constantly ignored — they just leave the cups unfinished on the counter and continue serving customers in the lobby like delivery orders don’t matter.
This is not a one-time issue. I’ve picked up from this location dozens of times, and almost every time I have to ask them repeatedly just to finish the delivery order that’s already in the system. Drivers lose time, customers wait longer, and staff act like it’s not their problem.
Delivery drivers are part of your business too. Without us, those orders wouldn’t exist. The lack of organization and basic respect is unacceptable.
I strongly ask the management and administration to look into this location and explain to the staff that delivery orders should be treated professionally, not ignored. This place seriously needs better management and accountability.

The drinks here are hard to order if your not use to talking the Starbucks lingo. The hot chocolate is about the only thing I know what the hell I'm getting. Besides the struggle lol the drink was ohhhh soooo good. Worth the struggle.

Love the Starbucks team here, very friendly! I tried the turkey danish here for the first time and it was very nice. It was seriously sold-out last season and glad I finally found it. I do wish that they didn’t remove all the seating that was prior to the renovations as this location gets very busy being across from SAIT and just off Highway 1 aka 16th Avenue.

Horrible customer service. We went on Sept. 2 at around 8.15 pm. There was an african guys who took least efforts to welcome and greet us. When we gave him the order he had absolutely no professionalism of saying the total, repeating my order or anything. I was extremely unhappy with this behaviour. Its us, the customers who pays your salary so we expect the least you do is behave well. Looked like he was a racist because the customer after us were treated well as I noticed. He didnt even bother to write our names on the drink, the coffee was horrible, ruined my evening! Thanks

I’ve visited this store many times before and usually had a smooth experience.
But this time, I ordered in-store at 12:51 PM, and didn’t receive my drink until after 1:14 PM — and only after I asked twice.
Others who ordered after me were already served, which was frustrating. My cup also had no sticker with my name or order time, which has never happened to me here before.
The staff attitude was fine, but the process felt disorganized. I hope this was just a one-time mistake.
