They have the worst customer service ever. We had been standing for 15 minutes after placing order for 2 drinks and all they kept doing was just preparing mobile orders . May be they shud just take mobile orders only and close the shop . Very disappointed

Was a busy afternoon lots of people qhich is great butnot great when the Barista doesnt take your name and you have no clue which order is yours. As they place on the counter walk away. Lots of folks with confusion on their face
Parking: Its in a small mall on a very bust road .on street parking can not hapen and limited spots in lot!

They will ticket you at this location even if you are a customer. Beware! The tickets are very expensive!

The service at this location is horrible. I asked for light ice and the barista basically made my drink with a full cup of ice and when I asked about it, she was rude and abrupt. She really shouldn't be client facing in the service industry.

I've been here a few times and every time Im served by Noah, I am so incredibly happy after leaving. He is always so joyful and makes such funny jokes! 10/10 service, recommend having your other staff take notes and learn from his impressive abilities. Yesterday i was especially impressed as it was extremly busy and he handled every customer with care and assisted multiple coworkers while keeping a smile on his face.
