I’m giving it five stars because I don’t want another Starbucks in this area to close. I also like that you don’t get charged extra for milk alternatives. Starbucks is a leader in cafe standards and o hope other cafes consider removing the $1.00 charge because people have milk intolerances.
Basically this is a Starbucks as you’d expect Starbucks to be, multiple wooden tables both small and high and large and few comfier seats. also all the people who rated it low for not letting them use the washroom, there’s washroom a short distance away in the mall. The review shouldn’t be based on just the washroom. I’ve asked for the code every time and they’ve always given it to me without hesitation. And again, there are ones in the mall for public use. I like using their app to order and although in the past there was a few quality concerns, more recently, perhaps due to change in management or staff, they have been serving consistent drinks as you’d expect from Starbucks.

This cafe is very good and delishes because in this cafe is tea latte and pumpiking louf and banana too. I love this dish very much and drink too.

Brentwood location is consistently great! Customer service is top-notch here. Staff are friendly and cheerful. My daughter and I witnessed their interactions who we would assume, one of their regulars and they were joking and laughing together. One of the reasons why my daughter comes here all the time; it’s the atmosphere.

Previous Review: I had given this location 3 stars previously due to inexperienced and constantly changing staff. It seems they have improved their service and quality at this location and i feel they deserve a better rating now, 4 star for me now.
Previous Review: I’m only giving this a 3 star rating because staff keep changing all the time and they bring inexperienced people. I would not get a latte, cappuccino and any speciality hot beverage here. Taste no good. Other than that, good location to socialize with a cup of coffee.

I really enjoy coming to brentwood location. They recently renovated the store and its looking awesome. I want to thank everyone working so hard in this location. Shout out to Rachel who always welcomes me with smile. She introduced me to my go to coffee and i am ordering it everyday.

I really like this Starbucks location, but I’m quite disappointed that they don’t set up their patio even when the weather is perfect. It’s 17°C and sunny today — such a beautiful day to sit outside! This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed this. I live in the neighborhood and would really love to enjoy my coffee on the patio when the weather allows.

If there is a way to give 0 stars I will do that. I was at the cafe and I really needed to use the washroom before ordering. I asked politely what is the washroom code and the staff told me I had to make a purchase first. I told her I really need to use the washroom right now and will make a purchase right after but she wouldn't let me. I turned around and left. That's bad customer service by inconsiderate staff.
I live near here and get Starbucks all the time but when I went back to use the washroom the guy said that because I had left the store I'd have to make another purchase. Last time coming here.

My new coffee shop! I started coming here to sit and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere. Baristas are super helpful and friendly. I would like to highlight one of the staff members, Ayra. She’s incredibly great at making my drinks and just a really positive and kind person. the last couple times I visited, she has elevated more than just being a barista.
The store is surprisingly clean all the time, I’ve been to multiple locations and this store is immaculate.

The bad reviews here does not justify how great this store and the people at this location! I come here from all the way to Tuscany even though there are numerous Starbucks closer to my proximity. Staff here always checks in, go above and beyond by chatting with their customers in the cafe. Even open the door for a wheelchair user. Their washrooms are always well maintained, no overflowing garbages.
I understand that the company has changed the policy with washrooms which was one of the reviews given but that is not their fault. Workers are complying with it’s company’s policies and they should not be degraded for doing their job.
Nevertheless, I would recommend this 100% of the time!
