Hello, l ordered skip the dishes at 252 Aviation Blvd NE Calgary AB T2E 7H8 today December 24, 2024 and ordered a Venti Caramel Macchiato. This drink arrived and the drink tasted BURNT! It was disgusting. If l was at Starbucks and had this drink handed to me and took a drink of it l would of brought it to the barista to remake it. SKIP has refunded me $3.58CAD because according to their policy they only refund 50% of the order. This is not fair. I called Starbucks and they advised they couldn’t do anything and to submit feedback. I paid $7.15CAD for a disgusting drink and would like to be reimbursed the full amount so l can order my drink again and hopefully this time tastes good. Here is a photo and you can tell from the photo the coffee is dark brown for a Caramel Macchiato.

The drink that I ordered was not what I expected to be cos it does not like how it tastes from the other branches. Saw their station and it was messy and looks chaotic. The workers do not even look like they were enjoying their jobs. Went here to grab a drink but the vibes got me a lil bit. Came here at 3pm.

The incredibly rude and miserable barista Joyce didn't even wash her hands after touching and changing the garbage, she just wiped her hands on her apron then proceeded to touch food and make drinks, absolutely disgusting and a health violation.

I have had terrible experience at this location not only once but 4 times especially with that particular rude Barista who doesn’t listen to the order completely and makes the drink and after saying at the window that i was still ordering they just walk away both the order taker n barista who literally gave me a cunning dead stare two days in a row. Didn’t know starbucks standards have stooped so low

I came in last Sunday morning (22nd) and just had to leave a positive review. The store front was clean and well stocked but the best part was the customer service I received from Tete. She was so friendly and welcoming. I wanted to try the pumpkin cream chai but was worried it would be too sweet, she made sure it wasn't and it was so yummy! It might be my new favorite. Amazing customer service and such a welcoming Starbucks! Thanks Tete!

Yesterday I drive thru around 7pm, there was a girl called TETE which was very rude.
Since we were ordering until we receive out drinks she was rude with us and reluctantly.
Very slow service and poor customer service. There is no point ordering in advance from this branch. I ordered my drink thru mobile app 5 minutes before arriving to the store yesterday. There were only 2 staff Angelo and Camil. They are both very slow and lacking of energy. Especially Camil, she looks sick or maybe not happy of what she's doing. I was sitting there waiting for my order and after 12 minutes I noticed that the people who came after I arrived and ordered thru the counter already got their drinks so I decided to ask Camil if they received my mobile order, She ask for my name and said she'll be preparing my drink soon in a snappish tone. I got my drink after waiting for another few minutes. I indicated less ice on my order but the drink I got is like 75% ice. I didn't complain, I just grab my drink and left the store because I dont want to wait more and don't want to speak with your rude staff.

I had a pretty poor customer service experience today. I went to go get my order and when I pulled up to the window I said I’m just going to open my app and handed her the cash. She started taking the next persons ordered and closed my bill. Then telling me she couldn’t scan my app because I already paid …. I fail to see how that’s my fault that she wasn’t paying attention to me anymore and closed my bill before I was done.

Went in after 6 AM and they were still setting up the store and not ready to go. Maybe update hours or show up at the expected time to get things going.
