I hate to say it. I used to love Starbucks, but their coffee isn't very good anymore. The only coffee I get from Starbucks is the pods from the grocery store? And? It has to be the French roast. The rest of it. Just tastes average.

Placed an online order well ahead of time, pulled up with no one in the line and was still told to go wait in the stalls for my one drink. About 4 cars drove out the drive thru with there drinks and I was still waiting.. extremely disappointed how bad the drive thru service. They seem to chose to prioritize orders placed inside the store and neglect mobile orders.

I come here all the time and I order the hazelnut oat shaken espresso specifically because it doesnāt come with cinnamon like the brown suger espresso. And Iāve come multiple times and have had them put cinnamon on top. I hate cinnamon and I just didnāt order it what if I was allergic to cinnamon. I love this place and service is always great itās just the one thing thatās annoyed me plz fix it.

The last two Sundays, I have gone through the drive through. I had the same lady service me both times. Unfortunately I donāt know her name, (sheās a younger Asian lady) And I just want to say I absolutely love her cheesy comments. āI hope you enjoy your drink a latteā and āHave a Grande dayā (I ordered a grande latte).
