Gone in days in a row to be told over and over again they are out of the cranberry refresher that's on a huge sign to be informed today but lady at till it seems to be just a Xmas special and it will be disco tinued so why don't they take the sign down or say something the first time. Everything I went there was a line and I got stuck waiting to just be told we are out and then finally told today by a very nice lady that's it's discontinued and only what stores have left. Why wasn't I just told this to begin with.

The staff here is always very smiling and polite. the coffee is delicious. but the only downside is the long wait for the order(

I had an overall good experience, aside from the noisiness of the store. The barista named Mai was very sweet and completed the order perfectly. I will definitely return.

Staff were rude. Honestly one of my worst Starbucks experiences. I wasn’t the only one though, other customers waiting had the same issue. If you can’t be friendly serving coffee, maybe it’s time to rethink the job. Really disappointing. I regret my tip and even the money for the coffee. Total waste.

I've recently been to this location twice. The first time the line wasn't moving and left, then came back today and finally ordered something. My coffee came quick, but couldn't help but notice a mob of others waiting for their more complex drinks. I swear, the people ahead of me stood there 20 minutes waiting, nevermind the wait in line.

Great place to people watch all walk of life and the location is in the heart of downtown Calgary.

This is clearly my order I asked for heavy cream with NO water ,they made it with water and it taste so different than usual,I always order the same in the evening and they make it so good.
