This is clearly my order I asked for heavy cream with NO water ,they made it with water and it taste so different than usual,I always order the same in the evening and they make it so good.
Josh is the best! Drinks and food are gret as well!

A girl with black glasses took my order and was a bit rude. I had my drinks customized and I said it slowly to her so she could catch up because I work at starbucks as well and I know how it feels like when a customer order their drinks with a lot of customizations. She looked pissed and wasn’t even smiling at me and then after I scanned my app, she said “thanks” with a fake smile. I know how exhausting it is being a barista but customer service should be practiced. Again, I know how it feels like working at starbucks and I deeply appreciate every barista. I just wanted to share my experience at this location.

Forget about going to this place on your birthday because you'll get refused. They don't honor the offer any more. I have a Starbucks account for a few years now and it didn't matter.

Pretty sure everytime I've ordered decaf here I have not received decaf. Very frustrating as there is no way to tell until after I've consumed the coffee.
