Starbucks

I ordered a venti java chip and ended up with a venti cup of depresso. The cashier was nice but the barista was horrible. I thanked her for the drink and watched the guy ahead of me do the same. We were both responded to with a grunt and scowls. I was already at the parking lot when I noticed there were 0 java chips in my JAVA CHIP frappe. Very disappointed I wasted $7 on this and the service. Not happy and will not recommend 😔

Most of the longterm staff doesn't seem to work here anymore except for a few of them. Very disappointing, I miss their service and seeing familiar faces

Waiting 20 minutes for a coffee and getting no service is disappointing.

My second time to this location. The girl with pink hair is so unprofessional. She was using her hand to get tea bag out the package vs using the tongs. In addition she was stocking and touching her hairs prior making my tea and didn’t wash her hands. The store is always dirty and never clean. The one in Bankers hall is far more better.

i come almost every day and order the same coffee and amount of sugar and cream but each time it’s different and inconsistent same days are good some are bad

Geo is probably the best barista I've ever met. I had a problem on my drink and he remade it with no hesitation and made it 10x better. Will comeback in this location for sure!

it’s like any other starbucks. but i swear each and everyone of their workers are hard of hearing because why am i halfway yelling my order for them to hear me 1 meter away.

The manager is extremely racist towards Indigenous people

They are open at 6am.. and I have to do inventory at 6am.. this makes my morning not so bad.. thank you ? ?

I always order strawberry oat matcha latte and I know how the colour of that drink is. Today I ordered one and the staff at Starbucks core missed strawberry in that !! When I objected she made another drink but I don’t see strawberry yet and she missed my cinnamon powder too. I didn’t have time to argue. She said that is the colour of matcha with oats. I have ordered many matcha drinks . This doesn’t look like it has 10 matcha scoops on it !! I always order from core but today’s incident just spoiled my day !!
