Never seen this Starbucks without a line so i understand it can be busy for the workers but if you go into the drive thru its about 15-20 mins most of the time. Not worth it

I LOVE their drive-thru service, but would it kill the baristas both at the drive-thru, and in person to ASK if we want to scan our app for points? It’s been a few times now (at different locations as well) where I remember to get my app scanned after purchasing my drink, and they state that it’s too late to scan, the transaction has already been made. C’mon Starbucks, do better.

The staff at this Starbucks are AMAZING. They remember you by name, remember your order, and make the drinks delicious every time.
There was one single occasion where they accidentally gave me dairy cold foam instead of non-dairy, and they were so apologetic and have been so diligent at ensuring it doesn’t happen again.
The customer service here is truly stellar and they start my morning off on the right foot every day! 5/5 stars!!!

I typically come here as a regular and as of the last month or two, coming in feels awkward as the staff are kind of annoyed or unpleasant. I try to be polite and give everyone the benefit of the doubt since I work in the service industry but it feels like things are getting worse. lately, my matchas have been covered in the power, unmixed, around the cup. I've had cold foam spilling out of the lid and a lot of my order specifications are ignored, especially light ice. it sucks because I really like quite a few of the employees here but it's feeling more and more like I'm unwelcome due to all these reasons. probably will be avoiding for a bit.

The Filipino boy at the drive-thru couldn’t get our order right at the mic, no matter how many times we repeated it. He still handed us the wrong items at the window. I asked if I could have the grande coffee he got wrong—rather than him throwing it away or giving it to someone else. I was even about to say I’d pay for it, but he just said no and shut the window in my face.
Super friendly, I got my drink at a different location (Sobeys one nearby) tasted horrible burnt coffee not what I asked for but this location remade me and my sisters drink and made sure it was a better drink than what we previously got love them will definitely be back!

Twice now I’ve been berated after showing up a minute or two before the recommended time after doing a mobile order. Not a great way to start the day
Very helpful and kind staff. They go above and beyond with costumer service and making sure you are happy with your drink.
Always seems to be rushing. Not as considerate or as friendly as the other Starbucks. Each time I arrive for a mobile order in the quoted time they’re irritable. Don’t come to this one 130th is much better
Server took wrong order despite having order shown on phone screen and she kind of was annoyed about something or due for break as I asked to pay in cash and she made a weird expressions!
