Used to be my favorite place, but my latest order was wrong. I tried to get someone's attention but they were all busy.

My favorite Starbucks to go to hands down! I love it when Norman and/or Carolina are working, always so friendly and their positive, upbeat moods wake me right up when I stop by before work

I’ve never seen a store so consistently slammed as this one, and I’ve never seen staff handle it as well as here. This store has improved so much with the new manager, keep it up!

If all Starbucks had the same ethos as all the staff at this location, Starbucks would be #1.

Great service by amazing staff, extremely friendly, fast, and not to mention the best coffee taste from all Starbucks!

Cheers team

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Never going back. Such an inconvenience.

My daughter and I placed an order today and waited over 20 minutes at the counter for our 2 drinks. Not a thank you or an apology for the wait. I understand they get busy but 23 mins for 2 drinks is crazy!

I absolutely love the wonderful staff here at my favourite Starbucks in Alberta! What a positive change in atmosphere since Fraser has become the new store manager. Night and day difference for real. I am a regular customer of Starbucks, been for many years, and I have never met such a proactive, hands-on, shining star of a personality anywhere, ever. I look forward to getting my coffee now. Thank you, Fraser and the Starbucks team, for making my day special every single visit. See you soon! ❤️☕️😊

This is one of the worst Starbucks locations. It takes a very long time to get your drinks, far longer than my usual location that is just as busy. However, I’ve never been annoyed enough to actually write a review until my experience today.

I placed a mobile order ahead of time, as I had to get to work and didn’t want to be late. I was placing my order in the first place because I didn’t have time to make myself breakfast. When I got there it was busy and my breakfast sandwich was ready, but my drink was not. The estimated time was over 10 minutes past my ordering time, which is typical for this location. Usually when I order ahead at my favourite location, the time is less than six minutes. I don’t know why this location struggles so much, but they’re busy, so it’s alright as long as it’s within the estimated time. However, the estimated finish time passed and my drink (a tall dragonfruit lemonade) still has yet to come. I wait a little more but realize I am going to be late for work and my drink is nowhere in sight, plus my sandwich is getting cold, so I go up to the barista near the pickup counter and notify her that I cannot wait any longer for my drink so they should just throw it out, cancel it, or give it to someone else when it finally comes. I don’t know what the process is. I’m a little bit annoyed and sad my drink is not through, but that’s what I get for ordering during rush hour. She asks me to wait while she checks a screen, I wait, then someone working the drive through window asks if it’s my name. I confirm and they pass me my drink, which apparently has been just sitting at some counter corner near the drive through. I did not click drive through pick up, I have never done drive through pickup, and my sandwich came out just fine. My drink was just sitting there while I anxiously waited. But I get how mistakes happen, they look busy, so okay whatever. I grab my drink and hurry out, since it now looks like I will be late to work. I get in my car and look at my drink and realize: THERE IS ONLY ONE SINGLE PIECE OF DRAGONFRUIT INCLUSION IN THERE! That’s my favourite part of the drink, the whole reason why I order it. I love to chew on the seeds. A singular piece of the dried dragonfruit that I pay a lot for each time was ridiculous. If they’d at least told me when I took the drink that there was a reason and they were out of it or something I would not have cared, that’s fine, but to just hand me the drink like that is incredibly disappointing. Especially since I was late for work for such a disappointing order.

not sure why this is the only starbucks on the planet that can’t make a proper iced matcha but 3 times in a row now i have to blend the chunks out of mine at home. get it together, man.

Went through the drive-thru on the weekend and have never had such a clear, polite voice in a drivethru before. His name was Ed. Sounded and acted in a respectful manner. Great experience!

This Starbucks used to be one of my favorite stops — the energy felt warm and welcoming every time I came in. Lately, that spark is missing a bit. A few of the baristas still go above and beyond, but you can tell they’re short-staffed and stretched thin.

I especially miss Tanner’s friendly, genuine presence. He always made customers feel seen and valued — the kind of connection that keeps people coming back. I hope to see more of that welcoming energy return, because it really makes a difference.

My 11-year-old daughter was here with her friend and accidentally spilled her drink while still inside the store. She politely asked if they could remake it, and the manager, Fraser, told her to “deal with it.”

For a company that prides itself on great customer service and kindness, this response is unacceptable — especially toward a child. Accidents happen, and a bit of empathy would have made all the difference.

I completely understand that spills aren’t always the store’s responsibility, but there’s no excuse for speaking to a young customer that way. My daughter left embarrassed and upset, and as a parent, I’m incredibly disappointed.

We’ve always been loyal Starbucks customers, but this experience has left a really negative impression. I truly hope Starbucks management addresses this and ensures staff — especially managers — treat every customer with the respect and compassion Starbucks is known for.
