Super friendly, I got my drink at a different location (Sobeys one nearby) tasted horrible burnt coffee not what I asked for but this location remade me and my sisters drink and made sure it was a better drink than what we previously got love them will definitely be back!

Headed to this location after a different Starbucks made my drinks wrong.

Twice now I’ve been berated after showing up a minute or two before the recommended time after doing a mobile order. Not a great way to start the day

Very helpful and kind staff. They go above and beyond with costumer service and making sure you are happy with your drink.

Always seems to be rushing. Not as considerate or as friendly as the other Starbucks. Each time I arrive for a mobile order in the quoted time they’re irritable. Don’t come to this one 130th is much better

Server took wrong order despite having order shown on phone screen and she kind of was annoyed about something or due for break as I asked to pay in cash and she made a weird expressions!

Staff are amazing

Store is always clean and staff are always super friendly. Tanner is always super friendly and helpful whether it's in drive through or in store and always has a very welcoming presence

Went through the drive-through, always have a great experience with all staff members, and they have never messed up or forgot anything in my order even when they are super busy. Lovely and friendly staff. 1000% would recommend.

Norman is such a ray of sunshine that makes coming to this location a must. I literally drive to this location over the location closest to my house with the hopes to get Norman at the drive thru. Great service from the kindest, most joyful barista I’ve ever met.

Normally I wouldn’t review a chain coffee place like this, but tanner provided excellent customer service and was super friendly! Kudos to him

I love this joint, the Barista's are all kind and some are quite funny! Thank you all for making the mornings a bit easier and more pleasant ☺️

I won’t even start on how aesthetically unpleasant the inside of the store is, which isn’t any fault of the management or employees. But the inconsistency and length of time it takes to get any drinks at this location is discouraging. If it’s not lined up out into the parking lot, there are three people in line and it still takes the same time it would take any other place to serve 10 cars. This picture of a cappuccino, pathetically low, this store does this nine out of 10 times. One of the apparent managers went as far as to say, that’s a good weight for cappuccino. Any other store in the city is twice as heavy. I will never head to this store again, because it’s a headache even going there, knowing it’s like flipping a coin as far as service.

Better staff development and consistency as far as drink output is important. And for God sake, speed it up.
