Why are they being so rude? I felt like I was a huge inconvenience to them just ordering a tea with nothing in it. Very abrasive tone of voice. Horrid. 30 mins until close. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they've been dealing with horrible hotel guests all day.

They refuse to do ice coffees - leaving you stuck with cold brews. This is effectively twice the price. They even have an industrial ICEOMATIC and multiple pots of coffee. See picture for reference of the ice machine.

I went to order a drink I typically get, Pineapple Paradise drink. I usually get less ice; they wanted to charge me an extra dollar for less ice! Not coming here again.

so rude, messed up my order then got mad at me for wanting what I paid for, charged me for light ice then gave me basically a cup of ice after I asked for the drink I paid for. avoid if you can, would rather gouge my eyes out than deal with any of those employees again.
