Nice clean. Staff are quick and don’t mess around. You’re not waiting hours and hours for your drink like back home in Sudbury every single time. No line up. Staff are efficient and friendly. Would die for a Starbucks like this in Sudbury.

I didn't like my experience buying coffee at this store. I ordered a cappuccino. It was overroasted. And the amount of drink in the glass also surprised me 😳 I ordered a medium size, but the coffee was at the bottom of the glass and this for $5.75. I won't go back there and neither will my friends. We now buy coffee elsewhere

Some of the staff are really not welcoming or nice. I literally just walked out of the store due to their attitude. I’ve had pleasant experiences with other staff before.

Left standing at the counter for probably 3 minutes while the staff worked, no one even acknowledged me. Then two black coffees are like $9. Barista made one of the black coffees, then made 3 mobile orders, then my second black coffee. Atmosphere was awful. What even is Starbucks anymore?

The baristas are always so friendly and the drinks are delicious! I highly suggest the Matcha Frappuccino with lavender powder added!

I stopped in a no parking spot outside the Starbucks on 1st street SE. The three young ladies who helped me were very thoughtful recognizing my dilemma with a very long line and preparers of the wake up potion, although they shouldn’t have,on the DL they asked what I was ordering. While i waited to actually order and pay they had snuck my order ahead a bit and the second i paid the Venti’s were in my hands. Well done ladies.

extremely disappointed, ordered through uber, a TRENTA refresher and got the smallest possible cup instead, completely wasted my money, also asked for no ice, and of course i got ice 👎🏻👎🏻 i work in a kitchen too and i know how it can be but that is a crazy thing to miss, like they made the order blindly

Always miss the included topping on my drink every single time… if you’re sold out of drink toppings maybe substitute it or write a note… Pretty annoying considering it’s every time. Also glad i was written a note about the food that i ordered that they didn’t have. Uber eats has a feature where you can sell out items! I work in a kitchen everyday and have to sell out items online… I usually get my starbucks elsewhere unless im already working and am forced to order online from this location, very very unfortunate. Hopefully won’t have to order from this location again.
