Extremely rude staff. I asked for a coffee cake not heated and I literally watched the employee put it in the oven. When I returned it to the counter asking for one that wasn’t heated, he said it wasn’t warm and was very rude to me.
I get that it’s really not that big of a deal, but I specifically said I didn’t want it warmed and they did anyway and then proceeded to be rude after they made the mistake.

I don't know what’s going on with the mopping policy at this location but it needs to be revised. One barista was handling both the till and the drinks with four customers waiting in line, while her colleague was patiently mopping the floor. I can't blame the staff, for they were just following orders, but the manager should not make mopping a higher priority than serving drinks.

Very disappointed! The customer service here was terrible. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and made me feel very uncomfortable. I came to Starbucks to relax, but ended up leaving frustrated. I really hope management takes this seriously and improves their service.

Nice clean. Staff are quick and don’t mess around. You’re not waiting hours and hours for your drink like back home in Sudbury every single time. No line up. Staff are efficient and friendly. Would die for a Starbucks like this in Sudbury.

I didn't like my experience buying coffee at this store. I ordered a cappuccino. It was overroasted. And the amount of drink in the glass also surprised me 😳 I ordered a medium size, but the coffee was at the bottom of the glass and this for $5.75. I won't go back there and neither will my friends. We now buy coffee elsewhere
