extremely disappointed, ordered through uber, a TRENTA refresher and got the smallest possible cup instead, completely wasted my money, also asked for no ice, and of course i got ice šš»šš» i work in a kitchen too and i know how it can be but that is a crazy thing to miss, like they made the order blindly

Always miss the included topping on my drink every single timeā¦ if youāre sold out of drink toppings maybe substitute it or write a noteā¦ Pretty annoying considering itās every time. Also glad i was written a note about the food that i ordered that they didnāt have. Uber eats has a feature where you can sell out items! I work in a kitchen everyday and have to sell out items onlineā¦ I usually get my starbucks elsewhere unless im already working and am forced to order online from this location, very very unfortunate. Hopefully wonāt have to order from this location again.

Visited this place two times for the meeting. Canāt say that it is very cozy and enjoyable to sit inside, outside is better if you prefer to be in the open air but beside the road. The staff was friendly and smiling

Wheelchair accessibility: Zero height threshold. 2 double doors Accessibility button. Patio seating is also accessible.
Iām a barista myself and I pride myself in my work ethics. Seems that the baristas here donāt when they even couldnāt fill our drinks properly, do the cold foams properly and shake the matcha latte well enough all of the powder just settled in the drink. It was my first time ordering here too ??

The baristas are slamming the lid of the ice container very loudly and it's really annoying. All customers were disturbed by this sound and most of them left the cafe. The cafe should be cozy, but the cafe employees do not allow it. I wish I could record this noise. I hope the cafe owners will take care of this issue.

His smile and manner of talking is just off the charts for an exceptional customer service ? aside fr that, he's got a sound knowledge on what to recommend in case your drink was seasonal and is no longer available. In my case, he recommended for me to get the caramel macchiato topped with toffee nut syrup since pistachio latte was no longer available and it's amazing! FELIX you made my day! Thank you for sharing your positivity and vibrant energy!!!
