The waiting time is almost 15 minutes this is not good. They should add more people to do the drinks preparation.

Friendly greeting, excellent decently fast service, it's a mall so ambiance isn't their fault but the store itself was nice. Drink tasted good with good portion size. Just wish it was cheaper

Staff seem overwhelmed and not very pleasant at all. Lots of people working but only seem to have one person actually making the drinks. Heaven forbid you ask for a glass of water for my mom (I mobile ordered 2 drinks). Was told you need to add it to your order, said I mobile ordered and there is no option even to purchase a bottle of water!! Eye roll, told to go to the till and order it. Finally Slams small cup of water down and tells the girl at the register to ring in a glass of water? If it was a bottle I’d understand but a tall cup? I understand they are busy and I said no rush but feel this wasn’t a massive request. I worked at Starbucks and had people ask all the time and I never had an issue… it’s water and for someone who is a paying customer.

There was only one person working. The poor girl had to ring drinks in between making them. The service was slow. I had originally rated this Starbucks a 2. I thought I would give it them another try. Second time the worst. There was one girl at the till again and I witnessed the other girl at the till deterring people from ordering because the wait time was 15 mins.
After a long wait my name was still in process mode I approached the counter when I saw an order placed there I was surprised that my order is already ready while on the monitor is still in process so he did not bother to call my name when my order was ready and my frappuccino had no coffee although I had not specified they should not have coffee in short a horrible service and an order that has nothing with what I ordered

This must be the absolute slowest Starbucks in the city, 15 plus minutes everytime I order and that includes when it isn't busy. I mobile order ahead of time and it is always at least 10 minutes past when the app suggests it might be ready. Either the staff here need more training or they need to have more staff

Tbh, i just go here bc it is close to my work. Staff is really rude. I just customized my drink and they didn't wanna make it. Shaking their head and their attitude was so rude. I might find another Starbucks close to my work. Won't never go their again. Drink take forever to get.
