I try to avoid spending my money at this company for the reasons we all know, but I didn't have any other options as nearby this morning and I urgently needed a drink. I don't consume coffee or dairy due to a health condition, so I ordered a chai latte with oat milk. I received my order and left, but a few minutes later, after taking the first sip, I realized they had given me coffee with cream. I can't consume that, so I went back I wasn't upset, I didn't ask for a refund, it was just a mistakes, I just wanted to let them know and maybe have them prepare my drink correctly. The staff members behaved terribly, incredibly rude and aggressive. I told them to try the drink if they didn't beleive it was the wrong drink, and the lady violently threw it away and reluctantly prepared the worst chai latte I have ever tasted—watery and tasteless—for a clearly inflated price, and with a 20% tip. Never again.

Was really looking forward to a morning coffee at Starbucks Market Mall, but what a letdown. Showed up at 6:53am, waited patiently till 7:05am... still closed. Came back at 7:10am, nope, still not open. Ended up driving 10 minutes to another location. Huge waste of time and definitely not worth it. Unlikely to go back to this one.

The staff have absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever. I’ve been late to work multiple times due to how slow they are and I work TWO minutes away from this Starbucks. The drinks never come out right and they don’t seem to be even a little bit apologetic when several customers are waiting extended periods of time for their order. I noticed one customer waiting over 20 minutes for his drip coffee and I found that completely unacceptable especially because I also noticed that there were three other staff members in the back so I KNOW that there is enough coverage for the front end. There are so many reviews about the same thing and I can tell that the manager does not care about improving the poor customer service at this location. I think it’s laughable to be prompted a tip option knowing how mediocre the service is. As if we would tip for slow service and incorrect orders.

The line up is so far in the mall.

Ordered a latte and it was way too bitter. It tasted burnt and unbalanced. I expect better consistency from Starbucks, especially for a basic drink like a latte.

I visit this starbucks often, especially for mobile orders, and their staff is amazing! This location is often insanely busy and they truly handle it with grace every time. Today (Nov 7) i was there around noon and there were like 20 orders on the screen and they had a staff member standing at the counter coordimating it all. That person needs a raise! Absolute rockstar (i believe the name was Elise). Chaos coordinator extrordinaire they kept everything moving smoothly and greeted every person picking up with a hello and handled any concerns with grace. 15/10

Friendly greeting, excellent decently fast service, it's a mall so ambiance isn't their fault but the store itself was nice. Drink tasted good with good portion size. Just wish it was cheaper

Staff seem overwhelmed and not very pleasant at all. Lots of people working but only seem to have one person actually making the drinks. Heaven forbid you ask for a glass of water for my mom (I mobile ordered 2 drinks). Was told you need to add it to your order, said I mobile ordered and there is no option even to purchase a bottle of water!! Eye roll, told to go to the till and order it. Finally Slams small cup of water down and tells the girl at the register to ring in a glass of water? If it was a bottle I’d understand but a tall cup?
I understand they are busy and I said no rush but feel this wasn’t a massive request. I worked at Starbucks and had people ask all the time and I never had an issue… it’s water and for someone who is a paying customer.
