There was only one person working. The poor girl had to ring drinks in between making them. The service was slow. I had originally rated this Starbucks a 2. I thought I would give it them another try. Second time the worst. There was one girl at the till again and I witnessed the other girl at the till deterring people from ordering because the wait time was 15 mins.

After a long wait my name was still in process mode I approached the counter when I saw an order placed there I was surprised that my order is already ready while on the monitor is still in process so he did not bother to call my name when my order was ready and my frappuccino had no coffee although I had not specified they should not have coffee in short a horrible service and an order that has nothing with what I ordered

This must be the absolute slowest Starbucks in the city, 15 plus minutes everytime I order and that includes when it isn't busy. I mobile order ahead of time and it is always at least 10 minutes past when the app suggests it might be ready. Either the staff here need more training or they need to have more staff

Tbh, i just go here bc it is close to my work. Staff is really rude. I just customized my drink and they didn't wanna make it. Shaking their head and their attitude was so rude. I might find another Starbucks close to my work. Won't never go their again. Drink take forever to get.

Ordered a short flat white. Got a cup that tasted like hot milked. Asked why there was no taste of coffee and the barista claimed it's because it was made with a single shot of espresso. I noted that she was wrong, and flat whites have two shots, to which she replied she would remake the drink, BUT she would make it exactly the same. I declined and walked away. Disappointing.

The person working took 8 peoples orders before even beginning to make drinks. I was second to order and it took a ridiculously long time to get my basic drink. When I finally got my drink I was running to work and when I tasted the drink it was watered down. Not happy at all. I should not have to wait 20 mins to get my drink when I was second in line and the drink ahead of me was very basic. Please discuss time management with staff so people waiting in line don’t have to wait for people at the end of the line to order.

They took 4-6business days to produce our two drinks. Multiple people came and went with drinks that ordered after and some left because they had been waiting too long. They had 1 of 3 people working making drinks while I was waiting and I watched one lady just walking around with bottles for like 3 minutes, and another lady took the garbage out for many more, I can understand that it was a rush and the garbage must be taken out but you should have everybody working when there’s 9 customers.
absolutely obnoxious staff remember on sunday am 1015. black hair and glasses. when spending 6 dollars on a coffee one would expect a friendly attitude. the girl making the drinks was however very pleasant. sierra. the other girl on shift horrible

Someone had accidentally taken my order so we waited for a bit as it was busy. I told one of the workers and she offered me the other person’s drink that’s been sitting on the till for 15 mins to the point where the coconut milk and lemonade were separated. The till lady wanted to prove her point that we ordered at the same time, but why offer the customer an old drink that’s been sitting there for a while?
