I’m so very unlucky and disappointed. I got sick and almost ended up in the emergency room. Yesterday, I had a Dubai chocolate drink. I bought two, and after drinking it, I got an upset stomach and stayed in the washroom the night.

⭐⭐ We asked the barista for the washroom code and he falsely told us that none of the washrooms were working. A few minutes later we asked the mall security guard, who immediately entered the code for us. Both my wife and I used the washroom without any problem; everything was perfectly functional. It’s really disappointing and unnecessary that the Starbucks employee chose to lie about it. We still don’t understand why. Honesty with customers should be basic, especially for something as simple as this.

I’ve consistently had disappointing experiences at this Starbucks. The service is always very slow, and despite paying $8 for my order, I had to wait far too long to receive it. The staff seemed inattentive and unfriendly. I agree with all the negative reviews below.
One of the employees, Karolina, in particular, came across as unprofessional and lacking in customer service skills. Horrible attitude. If she doesn’t enjoy her job she shoudnt be working here.
Unfortunately, I won’t be returning or supporting this business.

I ordered a strawberry matcha frappe, but unfortunately the staff don’t seem to know the right portion of matcha. The drink was extremely overly sweet, so much that I couldn’t drink it and had to throw it away right after buying. Very disappointing.

Worst Starbucks in the city. Everytime I go their espresso machine isn’t working or they are out of everything on their menu. “No PSL” “no pumpkin cold foam” even though it’s displayed on the menu.

I had a really great experience at this location. I asked for the summer refresher that had to be customized a little with peach flavour as I usually order and didn't know Vish was still training. He was super patient and made the drink much better than usual, Such a positive attitude towards work. Keep it up Vish. wish you all the best!!!

Apparently you can't redeem birthday rewards here (or stars). What a disappointment. Also the slowest service at any Starbucks I've been to.
