I ordered a strawberry matcha frappe, but unfortunately the staff don’t seem to know the right portion of matcha. The drink was extremely overly sweet, so much that I couldn’t drink it and had to throw it away right after buying. Very disappointing.

Worst Starbucks in the city. Everytime I go their espresso machine isn’t working or they are out of everything on their menu. “No PSL” “no pumpkin cold foam” even though it’s displayed on the menu.

I had a really great experience at this location. I asked for the summer refresher that had to be customized a little with peach flavour as I usually order and didn't know Vish was still training. He was super patient and made the drink much better than usual, Such a positive attitude towards work. Keep it up Vish. wish you all the best!!!

Awesome experience after I got a drink with a funny taste. I wish I’d taken the names of the manager and the other lady, awesome service to redress my concern. Keep it up guys,

By far the worst Starbucks in all of Calgary. First of all, the girl clearly doesn’t know what a caramel macchiato is or what vanilla cold cream foam is cause she asked me what it was twice. Then she said they don’t scan for stars? I’ve never been to a Starbucks that doesn’t give you your stars. Also tasted like absolute trash and did not taste like a caramel macchiato. Don’t waste your time going here unless you want a coffee that taste like it’s from McDonald’s.

The Asian man who works there always seems so bothered when he has customers. I’ve been there 4 times, one time he seemed annoyed by me for ordering a coffee. The second time no one was at the shop. The 3rd time he took his time and acted like he didn’t see me and this other man standing there…we waited there for almost 10 mins. When I order I’m always happy and polite and he’s just miserable. I went there today and saw him and just walked out - I feel like he hates his job. I understand people have bad days but his seems to be consistent. I don’t want to get him in trouble, but maybe speak to me regarding his attitude? If he isn’t happy working there maybe he needs to find another job. I live right beside there and it’s so convenient for me to go there - but I do feel like I’m bothering him when I’m there.Kindness goes a long way. I didn’t get my coffee and sadly I think I’ll go somewhere else.Hope he gets talked to and has a better attitude.
